We have threads for everything but Rituals and that will not stand #ritualmasterrace

 

Rules are technically the same from every other thread of these games, but keep in mind that you will have to design an appropriate Ritual Spell, unless you're using a pre-existing one.

 

Basically just choose two of the following for prompts:

  • Name
  • Attribute
  • Type
  • Level (doesn't need to be exact)

as well if it needs a new Ritual Spell or not and have fun i guess

Five Crown Divinity Dragon

Level 12 DARK Dragon/Ritual/Effect

This card can be Ritual Summoned with "Dragon Revival Ritual". Must be Ritual Summoned. When this card is Ritual Summoned using only Dragon Monsters as Tributes to Ritual Summon this card, send all cards your opponent controls to the GY. While face-up on the field, this card is also EARTH, WATER, FIRE, and WIND-Attribute. Unaffected by Spell/Trap Effects. Cannot be destroyed by battle with the same Attribute as this card. Cannot be destroyed by the card effects of monsters with the same Attribute as this card.

Dragon Revival Ritual

Ritual Spell Card

This card is used to Ritual Summon "Five Crown Divinity Dragon". You must also Tribute 1 DARK, EARTH, FIRE, WATER, and WIND monster from your hand or field. If your opponent controls 5 or more cards than you do, you can also Tribute monsters from your Deck.

Lvl 8

LIGHT Warrior/ Ritual/ Effect:

You can Ritual Summon this card with any "Super Soldier" Ritual Spell. This monster is also treated as DARK attribute. You can banish 1 LIGHT or DARK monster from your GY: Activate 1 of the following effects based on the Attribute of the monster banished;

LIGHT: Add 1 monster that lists a "Black Luster Soldier" monster in its text from your Deck to your Hand, or send it to the GY.

DARK: Add 1 Spell/Trap that lists a "Black Luster Soldier" monster in its text from your Deck to your Hand, or send it to the GY.

You can only use this effect of a monster with this card's name once per turn.

If this card leaves the field; Special Summon 1 "Gaia the Fierce Knight" monster from your Hand, Deck, or GY.

Anyway...

Tāwhirimātea, Lord of the Storms (well, Māori weather god anyway, but this is where it's mostly focused)
Level 8 | WIND | Thunder | Ritual | Effect
2900/2500
You can Ritual Summon this card with "Storm Embrace". When this card is Ritual Summoned: Destroy all monsters your opponent controls with equal or lesser ATK than this card. Once per turn, if another card you control leaves the field due to an opponent's card (Quick Effect): You can Special Summon 1 "Weather Token" (Thunder/WIND/Level 6/ATK 2000/DEF 2000).
 
Storm Embrace
Ritual Spell
This card can be used to Ritual Summon "Tāwhirimātea, Lord of the Storm". You must also Tribute monsters from your hand or field, and/or banish WIND monsters from your GY, whose total Levels equal 8 or more. The monster Ritual Summoned with this card cannot be targeted or destroyed by an opponent's card effects.

As far as the history goes from Wikipedia, I think this does the Māori weather god some justice. I just wish we had a Hawaiian equivalent, but...yeah.

You can Ritual Summon this card with "Cynet Ritual". Once per turn: You may make the ATK and DEF of all monsters you control become 2500 until the End Phase. During the turn you activate this effect, your opponent's LP cannot go below 2500. You can tribute this card: Special Summon any number of "Cynet Tokens" (Cyberse/LIGHT/Level 4/0 ATK/0 DEF) to unused zones that Link Monsters point to. You can only activate this effect of "Upgrade Buster" once per turn.

Must first be Ritual Summoned. You can Ritual Summon this card using "Royal Resolution". Cannot be used as a Synchro Material, except for the Synchro Summon of a DARK Synchro Monster. Your opponent cannot activate cards and effects in response to a Synchro Summon using this card as a Synchro Material. You can only use each of these effects of "Regal Resonator" once per turn.
● You can discard this card from your hand; send 1 Fiend monster from your Deck to the GY, and if you do, add 1 Fiend monster from your Deck to your hand with a different Level than this card and the monster sent by this effect.
● When this card is Special Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Fiend monster from your hand, Deck, or GY, except "Regal Resonator".

Royal Resolution

This card is used to Ritual Summon "Regal Resonator". Tribute monsters from your hand or field, or send Level 3 or lower Tuner monsters from your Deck to the GY, whose total Levels equal 4 or more, then Ritual Summon "Regal Resonator" from your hand or GY. During your Main Phase, if this card is in your GY: You can banish 1 Fiend non-Tuner monster from your GY; Special Summon 1 "Regal Resonator" from your GY. You can only use each effect of "Royal Resolution" once per turn.

A Topologic Ritual Monster for Revolver, using Cynet Ritual. After all, he loves stealing Playmaker's gimmicks.

You can Ritual Summon this card using "Cynet Ritual". When this card is Ritual Summoned: Destroy cards on the field, up to the number of monsters used to Ritual Summon this card. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent: Banish cards from your opponent's GY, up to the number of each 100 damage inflicted, face-down. When this card is sent from the field to the GY: Summon 1 "Topologic Cynet Token" (DARK/Level 4/Cyberse/2000 ATK/2000 DEF). You can banish this card from your GY (Quick Effect): Double the ATK of a "Topologic Cynet Token" until the End Phase.

 

Next: Any Ritual Monster, but the Ritual Spell has to be a ritual spell from a non-effect monster. (Having the effect of the monster affect the spell is a good way to do this.)

Show this card in your hand to your opponent: This card name is treated as "Dokurorider" while in your hand until the end of the turn. Can be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card "Revival of Dokurorider". This card gain 100 ATK for each Zombie in both GYs. Once per turn (except during the damage step) (Quick Effect): Discard 1 card from your hand then target a card your opponent controls; send that target to the GY, and if the card sent to the GY was a monster add to your hand the card at the bottom of your Deck.

Chaos Emperor Dragon - Ultimate Dragon

Can be Ritual Summoned with "Rite of the Chaos Dragon". When this card is Ritual Summoned: You can banish cards on the field, up to the number of monsters Tributed for this card's Ritual Summon, and if you do, inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each card banished this way. Any monster sent to the GY is banished instead. If this card is destroyed: You can shuffle 2 of your banished cards into the Deck; add this card to your hand.

DARK/Level 8/Fiend/Ritual/Effect

2800/2300

Can be Ritual Summoned using "Advanced Ritual Art". This card gains ATK equal to half the combined ATK of the monsters used to Ritual Summon it. Once per turn, you can banish 1 Normal Monster from your GY: add 2 Normal Monsters whose combined Levels are exactly that of the banished monster. When this card is sent from the field to the GY: Shuffle all Normal Monsters that are banished and in your GY into the deck, that draw 1 card.

 

Next: New Ritual Spell, but can discard a copy of itself instead.

Replicant Bug
EARTH/Level 5/Insect/Ritual/Effect
1500/2000
Can be Ritual Summoning with "Replicant Nest", or also by discarding 1  other "Replicant Bug" from your hand. When this card is Ritual Summoned; you can Special Summon number of Insect monsters from your GY whose combined Level is 5 or less. Level 4 or lower  Insect monsters you control can declare direct attack. When this card leaves the field add from your GY to your hand, Insect monsters whose combined levels are 5 or less.
 
Replicant Nest
Ritual Spell
This card can be used to Ritual Summon "Replicant Bug". You must also Tribute monsters from your hand or Deck whose total Levels equal 5 or greater. Banish this card from your GY, except the turn it was sent to the GY; Add 1 Ritual Spell from your Deck or GY to your hand.

 

Next: A New HERO Sub-Archetype Ritual  that support HERO Archetype , it most have a new Ritual Spell.

You can Ritual Summon this card with "Alias Change". If this card is Ritual Summoned using "Elemental HERO Bubbleman" as a tribute, you can draw 2 cards. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. Once per turn: You can Special Summon 1 "HERO" monster from your hand, but its effects that would activate if it's Summoned are negated.

You can use this card to Ritual Summon any "Alias HERO" monster. You must also tribute monsters who's combined levels are equal to or higher than that of the Summoned monster. If that monster is Ritual Summoned using non-Ritual "HERO" monster in its effect, add 1 "Alias HERO" monster or "Alias Change" from your deck to your hand. If a "HERO" monster would be destroyed by an opponent's card effect while this card is in the GY, except the turn it was sent to the GY: You can banish this card from your GY, and if you do, that monster cannot be destroyed by that effect.

I guess now they got more beatsticks to offset having to put up with loss of A-Counters.

Well, they only have Emerald Eagle and let's face it; Soulburner is just crappy copy of Playmaker. But to be fair, let's give them a Ritual that doesn't technically suck.

You can Ritual Summon this card with “Rise of the Salamangreat”. Once per turn: You can Tribute 1 “Salamangreat” monster; this card gains this effect until the end of this turn.

• If this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: You can banish 1 card your opponent controls; face-down, then if you control a "Salamangreat" Link Monster, this card can make another attack on a monster your opponent controls during the Battle Phase this turn. 

If this card was Ritual Summoned using "Salamangreat Diamond Tiger", your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to this effect's activation.

Simple, but it + Wetlands = 2600 indestructible monster.

 

Next prompt: A Ritual Monster that is itself a banish-trap (banish from the hand), while the Ritual Spell allows you to Ritual Summon said Ritual Monster from your hand or banished.

While this card is face-up on the field switch the original ATK and DEF of all monsters your opponent controls.
