Ryusei the Morning Star
Micro Coder Level 1 DARK Cyberse Effect Monster -You can only use this card name's (1) and (2) effect once per turn. (1) If you use monsters you control as materials for the Link Summon of a "Code Talker" monster, you can use this card as material. (2) If this card is sent from the hand or field to the GY as material for the Link Summon of a "Code Talker" monster: You can add 1 "Cynet" card Spell/Trap from your Deck to your hand, but, if this card was used as material from the field, you can add 1 Level 4 Cyberse monster instead. Atypical-Abbie
Oh man, a Cynet searcher, I wasn't thinking we would get that this early, and also support for Code Talkers is pretty neat, while Cyberse can in general work with them, having more direct support is neat, and using a monster from the hand as a Link Material is quite powerful. (GigaDrillBreaker)
Honestly the only thing holding this back is how underwhelming the code talkers are.
Thomas★Zero
Looking at YGOrg this and Code Radiator being used as Link Material for Code Talker states that you can use them from the hand as link materials which is pretty good if you ask me. The only think Code Talkers need in the TCG so far is the Link 2 Code Talker. Plus the fact this can search Cynet cards or Monsters depending on where it was used as a material is amazing since you could search various cards with this and expand your plays even further. Darj
Looking good, IMO. Agreeing with (tenmie), it's held back by the current, lackluster code Talkers except for Decode maybe, but that can change anytime when/if more, better code Talkers are released.Being able to use this guy as material from the hand is a big plus, IMO. How is transcode lackluster in a cyberse deck ? Maybe it is a bit overrestricted, however it is the only one that actually does something to advance. To be fair, at the moment I don't know how far can go or how good can be a pure-Cyberse deck.
Blake
The saving grace of this card is the existence of Code Talker. this card is legit really good, though it doesn’t have outstanding targets, just yet... Solid, though.
