BeatDaBest
Seen the Infinity War Movie, like it a lot. So I tried to create spell cards (plus one monster) revolves around them. Alright, let's see how you guys think about this. The Orb, Infinity Stone of PowerEquip Spell Card Equipped only to a monster with 3000 ATK or more. It gains ATK and DEF equal to its Level or Rank x 1500, and if the monster has equipped other Infinity Stone Spell Card, it gains additional ATK and DEF equal to a number of Infinity Stone Spell Card attached to it x 1500. However, the equipped monster and this card could only stay on the field for the number of turns x halve the Level or Rank of the monster. If the number of turns has passed, banishes this card and the equipped monster from the game. Once per turn: you can activate one of these effects, or you could activate it more than once by sacrifices 5000 ATK or DEF off the equipped monster per effect:• Target up to 2 monsters on the opponent's field, send it to the graveyard.• Inflict Direct Damage to your opponent's LP equal to the number of the equipped monster's ATK divided by four.• All the monsters you control cannot be destroyed by battle and any battle damage you take would be negated for one turn.Once per duel: If the equipped monster has any other Infinity Stone Spell Card attached to it; the selected effect would be twice as effective (up to 4 monsters, equipped monster's ATK divided by half, cannot be destroyed by battle and negated battle damage for two turns.)The equipped monster cannot be destroyed by battle and is unaffected by other monsters' effect. This card's effect cannot be negated by any monster or card effects. The Tesseract, Infinity Stone of SpaceEquip Spell Card Equipped only to a monster with 2000 ATK or more. It gains 1000 ATK and DEF, and if the monster has equipped other Infinity Stone Spell Card, it gains additional ATK and DEF equal to a number of Infinity Stone Spell Card attached to it x 1500. Once per turn: you can activate one of these effects:• Pay 1000 Life Points, you can choose any of your opponent's Monster (includes Extra Monster and Pendulum Zones) or Spell & Trap Zones (includes Field Zone); that selected zone cannot be used.• As long as this card remains face-up on the field, you can Special Summoned any types of monster card on the field, ignoring its Summoning conditions; by banishing any number of cards from your hand or from your Deck that doubles the number of monsters you want to Special Summoned. The monsters that are Special Summoned by this card cannot use their effects as long as this card is on the field.• Sent any number of the cards from your hand to the graveyard, banished it. Then, you can choose the same amount of cards in the Banished Zone; send those cards to the graveyard instead.Once per duel: if all the Infinity Stone Spell Card (including this card) is sent to your Graveyard or is banished from the game; you can pay 1000 LP for each Infinity Stone Spell Card to return it to your hand. This card's effect cannot be negated by any monster or card effects. The Aether, Infinity Stone of RealityEquip Spell Card Equipped only to a monster with 2000 ATK or more. It gains 1000 ATK and DEF, and if the monster has equipped other Infinity Stone Spell Card, it gains additional ATK and DEF equal to a number of Infinity Stone Spell Card attached to it x 1500. Once per turn: you can activate one of these effects:• Banishes any number of cards from your hand; changes the attribute of any monster on both you and your opponent's field in the same number.• You can change the type of any card on the opponent's field to your targeted type by paying 1000 LP per card. • Any type of card sent to the opponent's Graveyard this turn is banished instead. And if the card is sent to the Banished Zone, send them to the Graveyard.• You can select to switch the original ATK and DEF of any face-up monsters on either of you or your opponent's field, and if you do, the selected point would be doubled, while the other would be divided by half. Once per duel: If the equipped monster has any other Infinity Stone Spell Card attached to it; you can banish the equipped monster, and if you do, replaced it with any monster in your deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions. The replaced monster cannot use its effect as long as this card is still attached to it. And if the monster has been destroyed by battle or any card effect, banish it, then return the original monster back on the field; with this card and the other Infinity Stone Spell Card still be equipped to it.This card's effect cannot be negated by any monster or card effects. The Stone on Vormir, Infinity Stone of SoulEquip Spell Card You can only activate this card if there is a monster with a Level or Rank of 8 or above in the Banished Zone. Equipped only to a monster with 2000 ATK or more. It gains 1000 ATK and DEF, and if the monster has equipped other Infinity Stone Spell Card, it gains additional ATK and DEF equal to a number of Infinity Stone Spell Card attached to it x 1500. Once per turn: you can activate one of these effects:• Target 1 monster on the opponent's field, banished it. The targeted monster cannot be return or Special Summoned to the field, the Graveyard, the Deck, or the opponent's hand by any means.• Pay 6000 LP, banishes all cards on the opponent's field. The banished cards cannot be return or Special Summoned by any means.• Banish any number of cards from your side of the field, the original ATK and DEF of the selected monster that your opponent controls would be 0 for the number of turns x the number of cards you banished. The targeted monster's effect would be negated for the same number of turns.Once per duel: If the equipped monster has any other Infinity Stone Spell Card attached to it; you can choose to banish one of the Infinity Stone Spell Card (except this card) from the game, the opponent cannot activate any Trap Card as long as this card remains face-up on the field. The equipped monster cannot be targeted and is unaffected by your opponent's Trap Cards. This card's effect cannot be negated by any monster or card effects. The Eye of Agamotto, Infinity Stone of TimeEquip Spell Card Equipped only to a monster with 2000 ATK or more. It gains 1000 ATK and DEF, and if the monster has equipped other Infinity Stone Spell Card, it gains additional ATK and DEF equal to a number of Infinity Stone Spell Card attached to it x 1500. Once per turn: you can activate one of these effects:• Banishes any number of cards in your Deck; you can 'rewind' the number of turns back per cards that you banish, your LP will also resume to its former number at the rewind turn.• You can look at any number of cards on top of both player's Deck by sacrifices the equipped monster's 500 ATK or DEF per card; return them to the top of the Deck in any order.• Pay all of your LP until you have 100 left, you could repeat your turn (excluded the End Phase) for a number of times per LP you paid divided by 1000.Once per duel: If the equipped monster has any other Infinity Stone Spell Card attached to it; you can send any number of your monster on the field to the graveyard. All the opponent's monster's ATK and DEF on the field would be their original ATK and DEF divided by 10 for a number of turns x the monster cards you sent to the graveyard. This card's effect cannot be negated by any monster or card effects. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all of your spell and trap cards cannot be destroyed by any other card effect. The Chitauri Scepter, Infinity Stone of Mind Equip Spell Card Equipped only to a monster with 2000 ATK or more. It gains 1000 ATK and DEF, and if the monster has equipped other Infinity Stone Spell Card, it gains additional ATK and DEF equal to a number of Infinity Stone Spell Card attached to it x 1500. Once per turn: you can activate one of these effects:• You can take any number of face-up monsters your opponent controls; take control of those targets. However, you need to pay 1500 LP per monster you want to control in that turn. And you must pay continuously if you want to control it more than one turn.• Banish one face-up monster on your side of the field; your opponent must reveal their hand for a number of turns x the number of monster cards in your graveyard.• Pay half your Life Points; you could demand your opponent to reveal what they're planning to do in that turn, and if you do, banishes this card and the equipped monster from the game.Once per duel: If the equipped monster has any other Infinity Stone Spell Card attached to it; you can choose to banish one of the Infinity Stone Spell Card (except this card) from the game, the opponent cannot activate any Spell Card as long as this card remains face-up on the field. The equipped monster cannot be targeted and is unaffected by your opponent's Spell Cards. This card's effect cannot be negated by any monster or card effects. Infinity Gauntlet, Armament of One Above AllDIVINE/Weapon/EffectLevel: ✪x12?/? If this card has "The Orb, Infinity Stone of Power", "The Tesseract, Infinity Stone of Space", "The Aether, Infinity Stone of Reality", "The Stone on Vormir, Infinity Stone of Soul", "The Eye of Agamotto, Infinity Stone of Time", and "The Chitauri Scepter, Infinity Stone of Mind" all attached to it, you win the Duel. However, if this card is destroyed by battle or other card effects before equipped all Infinity Stone Spell Card, you can equip this card (including the Infinity Stone Spell Cards it attached to) to any face-up monster you controls; it gains 600 ATK and DEF. The equipped monster can also use the Infinity Stone Spell Cards effects, and if it also has all Infinity Stone Spell Card equipped to it, you also win the Duel. If you think the card's effect was too overpowered even with its cost, please tell me where to fix it. Any thoughts and suggestions are very appriciated. Pheros
1) Effects on the Stones are way too long and their flavor is way too off. If anything only the power stone should give anything an ATK boost and there is no reason for the entire set of cards to be composed of blocks of texts.2) There is no reason for the Gauntlet to have a win condition if the condition it asks equates to functional instant victory, provided the stones have decent effects obviously. You can also give the Gauntlet immunity to card effects if all the stones are on it and the like instead of a win condition, because I will be honest getting all of these stones on a glove just for it to end the game instead of letting you enjoy the power is pretty lame. BeatDaBest
I see, at first I intended to give the Infinity Stones just one effect as well, but it seems my imagination is running too wild. How about if I keep only one of them like this? The Orb Equipped only to a monster with 3000 ATK or more. The equipped monster cannot be destroyed by battle and is unaffected by other monsters' effect. This card's effect cannot be negated by any monster or card effects. The Tesseract Once per turn: as long as this card remains face-up on the field, you can Special Summoned any types of monster card on the field, ignoring its Summoning conditions; by banishing any number of cards from your hand or from your Deck that doubles the number of monsters you want to Special Summoned. The monsters that are Special Summoned by this card cannot use their effects as long as this card is on the field. This card's effect cannot be negated by any monster or card effects. The Aether Once per turn: you can select to switch the original ATK and DEF of any face-up monsters on either of you or your opponent's field, and if you do, the selected point would be doubled, while the other would be divided by half. This card's effect cannot be negated by any monster or card effects. The Stone on Vormir You can only activate this card if there is a monster with a Level or Rank of 8 or above in the Banished Zone. Once per turn: target 1 monster on the opponent's field, banished it. The targeted monster cannot be return or Special Summoned to the field, the Graveyard, the Deck, or the opponent's hand by any means. The equipped monster cannot be targeted and is unaffected by your opponent's Trap Cards. This card's effect cannot be negated by any monster or card effects. The Eye of Agamotto Once per turn: Banishes any number of cards in your Deck; you can 'rewind' the number of turns back per cards that you banish, your LP will also resume to its former number at the rewind turn. This card's effect cannot be negated by any monster or card effects. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all of your spell and trap cards cannot be destroyed by any other card effect. The Chitauri Scepter Once per turn: You can take any number of face-up monsters your opponent controls; take control of those targets. However, you need to pay 1500 LP per monster you want to control in that turn. And you must pay continuously if you want to control it more than one turn. Infinity Gauntlet If this card has "The Orb, Infinity Stone of Power", "The Tesseract, Infinity Stone of Space", "The Aether, Infinity Stone of Reality", "The Stone on Vormir, Infinity Stone of Soul", "The Eye of Agamotto, Infinity Stone of Time", and "The Chitauri Scepter, Infinity Stone of Mind" all attached to it, this card is unaffected by other card effects. Would this be better enough?
Horu
Power: Double the ATK, DEF Level/Rank of monster Time: make it work a bit like a time machine that allows you to replay an event in that turn. Space: This is mostly used for travel. It should allow you to summon a level 5 or higher from your hand if have no monsters. Soul: This should have an effect on that runs in 4 stages. Stage 1) force your opponent to draw cards until they draw a monster. Stage 2) your opponent discards all cards drawn by this card's effect except said monster. Stage 3) Banish cards from your opponent's GY equal to the level/rank of whichever monster inflicts damage to their LP. Stage 4) shuffle all banished cards into their deck during the end phase. Reality: this card should apply well to low level/rank monsters. It should allow you to return the attack target to your hand and negate the attack. Mind: should allow you to take control of your opponent's monsters. I know these ideas are generally game breaking but the stones are broken.
