Issues with Goku

Goku as a kid was pretty decent. He won most of his real fights. He is even 2-1 with Tao, but hasn't won any tournaments despite defeating King Piccolo and the Red Ribbon Army.

 

Teen Goku finally evened the score with Tien and even defeated Piccolo to become the world champ.

 

Fast forward to DBZ, he technically gets trampled by Raditz. He has only won a single fight with Kaio Ken (Nappa), he was completely wrecked by Vegeta and technically lost that fight. He defeated the Ginyu Force and Lost to Ginyu himself (so counting that Goku could've just insta-killed him with Kaio Ken). He defeats Freiza with SSJ. He lost to Vegeta with SSJ2. Goku hasn't won any fights with SSJ3 and Buu was the only victory he got from the Spirit Bomb.

 

Skip to DBS. Goku gets Super Saiyan God, loses to Beerus then loses to Freiza with Super Saiyan Blue. Loses to Hit with Super Saiyan Blue Kaio Ken x10 (later evens the score). Loses to Zamasu and calls Zeno for help. Enters the Tournament of Power and only defeats Kefla with ultra Instinct Omen. Masters Ultra Instinct and loses the Tournament of Power.

 

Anyone else starting to see a pattern here? After reviewing Dragob Ball, I discovered that Chichi was right about Goku.
