Once per turn: you can target one monster your opponent controls (ignoring its effects); negate the effects of the monster targeted by this effect (ignoring its effects) that includes this text :

• Unaffected by
• Cannot be targeted
• Cannot be destroyed
• Cannot be tributed

 then destroy the monster your opponent controls that was targeted by this effect, and if you do, banish it. During the end phase, if this card was sent to the graveyard by an opponent's card: return one monster banished by this card's effect to the graveyard; special summon this card. If you synchro summoned this card this turn: you can special summon this card instead.

My Idea for this card was pretty simple at the beginning, be the exact opposite of stardust dragon in a yin-yang sort of way. Stardust protects, so, (pause even though you know what I am going to say next) dark matter destroys! But then I realized, everything has protection. So what if I punished cards that have protection of any form. And a monster that functions like Lightning was born. This card does the same thing lightning does (hopefully) and becomes "a fixer" by having an out to your opponent's boss monsters that is pretty much a bottomless that prevents floating (hopefully). Also I decided to take stardust's specialing effect and make it better while rewarding you for summoning it the right way. Sidenote: this card can actually beat stardust, but loses to red dragon archfiend. Please review!
