Pendulum Effect:

Monster Effect:

(1) During your turn, this card gains 200 ATK x the difference between the number of cards in the 2 Extra Decks. During your opponent’s turn, this card gains 200 DEF x the difference between the number of cards in the 2 Extra Decks.

(2) If this card attacked, change it to Defense Position at the end of the Battle Phase.

(3) If this card is destroyed in the Monster Zone: You can place this card in your Pendulum Zone.

So... this card can start with 6k ATK if you run no ED while the opponent does. Could be a funny beater in True Draco variants, I guess? Plus as a Pendulum with 0/0 stats it gets some searchability support, namely Sangan.

This basically can be used in decks like Monarchs which don't use an Extra Deck so this can basically grant a 1500 ATK boost right off the bat if placed in the Pendulum Zone. Also Darj its 3000 ATK with 15 cards.

How did you get to 6000? There are 15 in the Extra Deck, so it would be 3000. Unless you use the ATK boost of two Pendulum versions, that's not really possible.

 

Anyway, not sure where this would really fit, because Pendulum Decks like to have an Extra Deck, and the boost isn't very huge if  you want to rely on Pendulums in the Extra Deck, which I assume is what they actually want you to do with it. It being LIGHT Fairy is neat though, wanted something like that for a Pendulum, and with it having a good scale and Level too, that works wonders for me.

Then it's not as good since it doesn't even stand out as a beater. Maybe if it had a scale of 9 to enable the Pendulum Summon of 8s.

Amusingly, it also works if you have more cards in ED. If, for whatever reason, pendulum decks needed a beater against monarch or whatever, this could be pretty fun, since you could have well over 15 in ED, and they could have none.

Oh yeah, totally forgot, you can use Eater of Millions with this card too, while I hate that card, it works well if you still want to have options for the Extra Deck sometimes.

One deck I noticed its been consistently used in is a Counter Fairy Deck with no Extra Deck as not only does it set up a 3 to 8 Scale with Guiding Ariadne put can provide a big ATK boost to them along with cards like The Sanctum of Parshath.
