Activate this card while you control a "Sky Striker Ace" Monster in your Extra Monster Zone. Return all Monsters in your Main Monster Zones (Min. 1) to your hand, then, if you have 3 or more Spell Cards in your GY, return all Monsters in your opponents Main Monster Zones to their hand.

 

So Sky Striker Formation acts differently to the other Sky Striker Spells as this acts to support the set up of the other Sky Striker Spells while with 3 or more Spells in grave this card can also bounce all of your opponents Main Monster Zone Monsters as well.

 

In Sky Striker this is decent for set up, recycling your Link Monsters in Zones Hayate points and also clearing your opponents feild so you can dish out more damage as if you not Normal Summoned during that turn, you could summon a Monster after playing this card so you have more field presence.

First, why? regardless of this card's actual effectiveness, why would you make support for a deck that it's already Tier 1? those are the ones that need support the least.

Second, seems you would need to have a monster on your MM Zones to activate the card. Is that correct?

Made the edit so it requires their to be Monsters in your Main Zones still I just felt the idea was a nice scary techy card for them to have that allows them to continue their spell spam and plays for days.

I see.

Then, putting aside the tier position of Sentoukis, this is a dangerous card. Searchable by Engage, retrievable by Kagari, and AFAIK they have little issues with fulfilling the conditions of 3+ Spells in the GY. Actually I'm not sure if this fair, because even if Sentouki weren't tier 1, this still stands as a non-destructive mass remover. IIRC no archetype/deck has anything like this.
