Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must first be Special Summoned in Face-Up Defense Position by sending 1 Dragon-Type monster from your hand to the top of your Deck. All Monster(s) which your opponent controls must declare an Attack on this card (if possible). Any damage inflicted by this card is doubled. During your Main Phase 2 you can banish this card from your GY; and target 1 monster with 1000 or less attack that your opponent controls and during this turn you can use it as XYZ material for XYZ Summon of Dragon-Type monster from your Extra Deck, that XYZ monster is sent to your GY during your 2nd End-Phase.
