The site doesn't support image hosting any more; you have to upload it to imgur or a similar image hosting site in order to keep them saved. If you're using the new card maker, just click on the image; it should start downloading, then you can upload it; if you're using the old card maker, right click on the card and select "save image as" or "save link as" and then proceed as above.
