Nathanael D. Striker
Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, welcome to the First Disney/Pixar Animated Movie Tournament! Here, you will be able to nominate your favorite original Disney/Pixar Animated Movies and see them battle against each other to determine the greatest Disney/Pixar Animated Movie of all time! Without further ado, let the show begin.[spoiler=Rules]1. All regular YCM rules apply. This should be common sense.2. You are allowed to nominate up to 5 animated movies originally made by Disney or Pixar (that means no live action or movies like Anastasia).3. A movie needs two nominations to be entered into the tournament, and there is no limit to the number of movies in the tournament.4. Nominations will end on May 15th, 2018, though I reserve the right to end nominations sooner.5. Keep discussion in the tournament threads civil. This also means no forcing people to change their votes; they can vote however they wish. You must also respect other people's opinions.6. I reserve the right to nullify votes if it is determined that multiple accounting is at hand (matches will be public voting). But seriously, just vote once and be done.7. You may change your nominations only once, and you must notify me with the changes in the thread. I highly advise you think over your picks carefully. [spoiler=Match Format]This will be a single elimination tournament consisting of all the movies that make it through the nomination process. If there aren't enough movies to create a full bracket, there will be byes that are assigned randomly. randomly select movies from the 1 nomination group to fill the bracket to the closest power of 2. If that's not possible, byes will be randomly assigned. To make sure Polls isn't flooded with threads, each thread will contain 2-3 matches. Nathanael D. Striker
Dova, the movie was originally made by Disney, so it counts. With that, Wreck-It Ralph, Atlantis: The Lost Empire, and Toy Story join the frat.
LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
Also Striker I should mention something. Is this such a good idea? 3 nominations and needing 2 to be in?Lets say 10 people nominate.Even if they all share two nominations with another person.... A: 1, 2, 3B: 1, 2, 4C: 3, 4, 5D: 5, 6, 7E: 6, 7, 8F: 7. 8. 9G: 8, 9, 10H: 9, 10, 11I: 10, 11, 12J: 11, 12, 13 That's 12 movies. Which is a tiny amount.The likely biggest Poll tournament tends to be the Pokemon one. 256 nominations. But that was with allowing 1 nomination to be in and allowing 24 nominations.It had 13 people nominating.
Nathanael D. Striker
I see your point. Combined, there are roughly 72 theatrical releases between Disney and Pixar, with more Direct to DVD from Disney. I'll bump nominations to 5.

Draconus297
I was about to barge in here and call you chumps out . . . but y'all have some decent taste in Disney. I don't have to choke anybody. YET. For now, I'll push in the half-nominated members of the Disney Renaissance, and save a nom or two for later (one'll probably be Inside Out though if I'm being honest with myself, but I'd like to see what else goes through.)1. Mulan2. Hercules3. Aladdin
