Interesting, this basicly allows them to act as an own deck, nullifying the disadvantages of the tuners banishing themselves and drivers.

While I like that I suggest you add restrictions to prevent it from being used to make the psyframe tech any more viable, a fitting example would be world legacy memory, boosting mekk-knights without making them any more splashable, preventing non-psyframe special summons during the turn it gets summoned would do the trick.

As for the card itself, it turns the disadvantage of the tuners into a plus that keeps them going and can remove itself, while being a far more consistent alternative to psychic feel zone and boosting consistency.

Honestly this card sounds alright and would solely turn pure psyframe into a viable archtype.

I don't like that you can Summon it as a free monster, and with such flexible material requirements. Heck, the Summon is not even bound to only once per turn so you can drop 3 of these in the same turn if you have 6 banished Psychics. I  suggest to water down this effect. At least limit it to Summoning from the GY so you have to Link Summon it properly first.

The other effect looks fine to me: grabs an PSY-Frame hand trap ad gets itself out of the filed in the process to make it live.
