Guest setojim
Rebound Soldier4EarthWarrior/Effect13000When this card is summoned, it is switched to defense position. When this card is switched from defense position to attack position, you can special summon 1 level 4 or lower "Rebound" monster from your hand. Rebound Beast4EarthBeast/Effect18000When this card is summoned, it is switched to defense position. When this card is switched from defense position to attack position, select 1 level 4 or lower "Rebound" monster from your deck and add it to your hand. Rebound SkylightField SpellYou must tribute 2 "Rebound" monsters to activate this card. Any battle damage you take involving a "Rebound" monster you control is halved and your opponent takes the same amount of damage. Rebound CycleQuickplay SpellAll battle damage you take during the turn you activate this card involving "Rebound" monster(s) is instead inflicted to your opponent. Rebound Chimera5EarthBeast/Effect21000When this card is summoned, it is switched to defense position. Rebound Gardna4EarthWarrior/Effect1002000When this card is summoned, it is switched to defense position. When this card is switched from defense position to attack position, inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponent. As long as this card remains in face-up defense position, your opponent cannot attack any other "Rebound" monsters. This card is unaffected by the effects of trap cards. Rebound Researcher2EarthSpellcaster/Effect1000When this card is summoned, it is switched to defense position. When this card is switched from defense position to attack position, destroy 1 card on the field. You can remove this card from your graveyard from play during your battle phase to allow 1 monster you control that has attacked attack once again this turn. Shifttidus, the Rebound Deity10EarthDragon/Effect??You must tribute 3 monsters to normal summon or set this card. This card gains ATK/DEF equal to the number of "Rebound" monsters you tributed to summon this card x 1000 points. When this card is summoned, send your entire hand to the graveyard. Then, add "Rebound" monsters from your deck to your hand equal to the number of cards sent to the graveyard by this effect. Wyhe
so these cards rely on swarming the field & thier effects activate upon switching from defense to offense,eh?it's a rare, new & fresh idea! (9/10) Link to comment
texaschickenlittle
Very unique idea here! Monsters swarming the field and their effects only activate when switch from defense to attack, ingenious! I enjoyed the effect of Rebound Skylight, rebounding half of the Battle damage of a battle with a rebound monster will make an opponent think twice about using Fairy Meteor Crush. On Rebound Reasearcher try this effect at the end, "Once per turn, during your Battle Phase, by sending this card out of play from your Graveyard, select 1 monster that has already attacked this turn. That monster may attack once more." ...or have its effect grant the monster 2 attacks, or something like that. Keep up the good work! 9/10 Link to comment
bury the year
I like where you're going, but 0 DEF doesn't make these cards playable. 6/10 Link to comment
Joethetoe007
this some good card and i run this kind of deck with these card. Link to comment
Dark_Pride
Okay, first, you should state that the position cannot be changed for the rest of this turn, for it will be broken. Also, the effects are nice, but they are slow in that case. It would take a turn to activate their effects but I assume that they will be destroyed before they activate their effects. But since your cards are creative enough, i'll be giving it a 8.2/10P.S. Zero Gravity and hopefully Guard Penalty will abuse this set. Link to comment

I see no need in that, as, in the rules u, it says that you arnt alowd to chnage the battle position of a monster the turn it is summoned to the field, except by card effect Link to comment
Umbra
Migi: Does the card "Zero Gravity" or even "Stop Defense" mean anything to you? Also, Tragedy would counter this set so good. Link to comment
Guest setojim
thats right...thnx for the good comments, guys. I made this set playable w/ final attack orders...yay...lol...ill add more later Link to comment
Guest setojim
Here's a new card, guys! Shifttidus, the Rebound Deity10EarthDragon/Effect??You must tribute 3 monsters to normal summon or set this card. This card gains ATK/DEF equal to the number of "Rebound" monsters you tributed to summon this card x 1000 points. When this card is summoned, send your entire hand to the graveyard. ender4449
oh nice idea but this set would be abused by labyrinth of nightmare (link: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Labyrinth_of_Nightmare_%28Card%29) Link to comment
Wyhe
I reckon that's his intention:to re-use unpopular cards Link to comment
Guest setojim
no. I just started thinkin of my next episode in my fan fic and started w/ these monsters...lol. Link to comment
ender4449
mmm why have the increase this cards ATK/DEF effect and ? ATK/DEF (must tribute 3 so it always has 3000 ATK/DEF) instead of just 3000 ATK/DEF Link to comment
Guest setojim
no thats incorrect I said to tribute 3 monsters. It gains 1000 for each "REBOUND" MONSTER u tribute. Thats why i made it ? Link to comment
ender4449
oh well ok but...ah yeah never mind nice cards Link to comment
Aozora
He was wondering why any non-Rebound monsters would be offered as tribute. Most people who play cards from a set only use cards of those types. Thus, the only monsters in the deck would be Rebound monsters, and always result in 3000/3000. I just don't get why it's effect doesn't seem to help the deck at all. 7/10 Link to comment
Guest setojim
well i was thinking about that and i was thinking, "Why not make it like all rebound monsters and shift to get its effect". So this is my new version: Shifttidus, the Rebound Deity10EarthDragon/Effect??This card cannot be special summoned. You must tribute 3 monsters to normal summon or set this card. When this card is summoned, it is switched to Defense Position. When this card is switched from defense to attack position, destroy 1 card on the field up to the number of "Rebound" monsters in your graveyard. You can send any number of "Rebound" monsters from your hand to the graveyard during your main phase 1 to decrease the ATK and DEF of all face-up monsters your opponent controls by 700 points per card. If you do this, destroy this card during the end phase. After attacking with this card, switch it to defense position. Link to comment
ender4449
change the order of the effects, EDIT: the deffense mode to attack mode effect i think you want is "destroy 1 card for every "Rebound" monster in you graveyard" :end EDIT and that last effect is way overpowering maybe replace the 3 tributes with 4 "Rebound" tributes to balance it out Link to comment
overheat
nice i like them very much Link to comment
Guest setojim
i realized i just necrobumped a thread that is nearly 2 years old lol. however, i just added a new card: Rebound ForceContinuous Spell CardWhen a face-up monster is switched to defense position, switch it to attack position.
