So with the OG Toon Dragon now comes this card which with toon world can be summoned by revealing another Level 8 Toon like Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon or Toon Ancient Gear Golem and retains the effect that the OG Alternative had but with more range as it can also destroy spell and traps as well and has the Toons traditional attack directly with Toon World on the field if your opponent controls no Toons.

In Toon Decks this would be a must where running Toon Ancient Gear and/or Toon Blue-Eyes along with this for letting this be summoned and either destroy your opponents field or inflict massive damage.

There aren't many lv 8 toon monsters in the game. Blue-Eyes Alternative Dragon can get away with that summon mechanic because of how easy it is to search Blue-Eyes White Dragon in that deck. That's not really the case here.

(1) I suggest making it any Toon monster instead of just lv 8

(2) Since this card is fair bit harder to summon then Regular BEAD, I would also add a float effect to it that lets it summon a lv 7 or lower Toon monster from the deck when it is removed from the field

(1) you say that but this deck has Toon Table of context and you can use The Melody of Awakening Dragon with this and Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon to meet the summoning requirement so I don't think this is to overly complicated to summon.

(2) I feel since it does have the ability to destroy any 1 card per turn and its not limited to Monsters and both this effect and its summoning effect aren't hard OPT effects I feel the float might overpower this just a little.

And Regular Blue Eyes has White Stone that you can summon off Needle Fiber and Blue Eyes is reusable off Ancient Stone. It's significantly more consistent. Toons have the extra problem of needing Toonworld on the field

That is an oversight, it should be a hard OPT effect as should the summon effect. When designing cards you want to make it be able to work with the rest of the deck.

Old Blue Eyes Toon isn't great, but maybe you're right with Melody, but you want to facilitate the lower level toons, especially DM and Red Eyes, so a float effect really helps in that regard. If you want, keep the first effect

How about this card can be summoned by revealing level 8 dragon type monster in your hand, boom solved! :)

“Safety is number one prioirririritty”

Make sure you give a proper review of this card (and/or back up why your suggestion will work). Advanced Clause for this section mandates this a bit.

But then again, you do need to take into account regular Blue-Eyes and some other Decks that can regularly Rank 8. Toons would still need to actually run OG Blue-Eyes Toon and reveal it for this [instead of having the luxury of revealing Golem too], but aforementioned Blue-Eyes would use it as Alternative Dragon 4-6 (or +3 to whatever number they run in 2018).

But yeah, while you do have Golem and OG Blue-Eyes Toon as viable monsters to be revealed, that's already compounded with Toon World needing to be up (yes, Kingdom exists). I'd probably agree with Winter that you should try to facilitate the smaller Toons with this and make it more manageable to summon in there. You do have Melody, yes, but is it worth running it in a Deck that only has two viable targets (well, OG Blue-Eyes and this)? Melody works for other Decks because they have more targets that it can search; here, you don't have that luxury.

That being said, given this is just a Toon version of Alternative, not much I can say about it other than it does what it needs to, and thankfully lacks the "cannot attack the turn it's summoned" effect that all of them have. I would say just have it reveal a Dragon Toon, so you can at least reveal Red-Eyes too (ignoring Manga Ryu-Ran because he's bleh now), but it would break some flavor (and you'd probably have to make its summoning a hard OPT).

Make this something that Toons can feasibly make (and actually want to) on a regular basis.

Adding to the summoning condition requirements, how about revealing a lvl 5 or higher toon?, should be enough to me at least, because toon golem and OG toon blue eyes arent very good, you will be running bad cards just try to summon this if it were the case
