I really wish you would just update one thread instead, I don't have anything else to say in the other monster thread, so my thoughts are for both.

I was going to say that these guys would have problems getting a Link Monster out in the first place, but they have a LINK-1, so their playstyle DOES work, I was a bit worried for a second. From what I can tell, they don't wanna use their Main Deck monsters for battle, they leave that to the Link Monsters. Also interesting that Sacred Tree is a Tuner, that can be useful with all these levels. Palladion of the Celestial Bodies and Palladion of the Vast Sky seem to be the best ones, since they can easily add and Special Summon for Arch-Lord and make it gain a lot of ATK plus double damage. The other ones are alright, but I don't WANT to use them, I just kind of have to if I want a Deck going.

Oh, great to see they are getting plenty of Maindeck monsters, a couple of good ones.

I hadn't noticed that Sacred Tree is a Tuner, and as Level3 it's a Needlefiber target. Fun may ensue.

I too think all Palladion threads should be merged into one, and updated as more of their cards are revealed.

Threads with 10 cards in them are painful to navigate and either make the OP a mess or gets cards buried.

If it matters that much to you, you can be the one to make the OPs. I prefer topics with 3-4 cards not 9-11

They may be a bit annoying, but at least for me it's also annoying to be jumping from the different threads to get the full picture. Also the split threads make discussion on the entire archetype awkward, especially if you mention a card from any of the other threads.

I can do, but IDK if it would be allowed because then there will be redundant threads.

Anyway, I kinda noticed that Sacred Tree resembles the elf in World Legacy Memory, and the little guy in that Spell card may be Fiendish Illusion. Now I'm not sure if those researchers became Palladions, or if the World Legacy is actually a game/simulation and the developers inserted themselves there as characters. The series did start with a RPG-ish setting with World Chalice, after all.

The cards have been out for about 2 hours, you can make the OP if you get there first next time

Well in that case, the person who posts the OP gets to decide how he or she wants to format his or her thread

I disagree with that. IMO it should also be posted in the most practical way as possible. Or do you imply I would be allowed to, as an extreme example, post each card in its own thread as long as I'm first? That wouldn't sound right to me.

I'm curious on the stance of mods in this matter since some stuff is relative, subjective, etc., like putting an archetype in one or splitting monsters and Spell/Traps, how many cards in a single thread is enough, etc.

Sure people have done that before. Personally not my taste, but you should be able to post on what ever card you want regardless

It was split into Main Deck Monsters, ED Monsters, and S/T

If even that's too spread out for you, tough luck

It kinda is, yeah. Of course it's easier to handle it once one familiarizes with the entire set, but at the beginning it is clumsy for me to check the threads back and forth. E.g. "Oh, so they have X Spell. Which monsters could search for archetype Spells again?". Heck, even you ended up mentioning in the Link monster thread an archetype Spell, retrievable by an archetype Maindeck monster, both cards in different threads. Or when Celestial Bodies was mentioned in the Link monster thread and I had to look around to find this Celestial Bodies monster.

What I find funny is that even the source grouped them together in a single entry, and I found it more presentable than the split in threads.

Okay, enough with the irrelevant discussion. I originally proposed the idea of waiting 10-15 minutes after a leak so all cards can be put into one topic so as to avoid multiple topics, but people didn't like that idea, so this is what we get now. THIS is what people wanted.

Now on-topic I feel like Sacred Tree was deliberately designed with Needlefiber in mind, since I doubt there is any other reason to make her a tuner in a Link spam deck except specifically to work with Needlefiber.

This, there's no more room for a synchro in the deck. I don't understand how people think Needle will get banned when they're literally making entire decks have tuners just to user her

I broke it into Spells, ED monster, and MD monster

Which I don't think it too extreme broken

The Warden's edit: You broke it into two sets of MD monsters.
