Ryusei the Morning Star
Gouki Moonsault Level 6 EARTH Warrior Effect Monster 1900 ATK / 0 DEF -You can only use each of this card name's (1) and (2) effects once per turn. (1) You can reveal this card in your hand, then target 1 "Gouki" you control, except " Gouki Moonsault"; Special Summon this card, and if you do, return that target to the hand. (2) You can target 1 "Gouki" Link Monster in your GY; Return it to the Extra Deck, then you can add 1 "Gouki' monster from your GY to the hand. Gouki Trainer Level 1 EARTH Warrior Effect Monster 0 ATK / 0 DEF -You can only use this card name's (1) effect once per turn. (1) If you control no monsters: You can reveal this card in your hand, then target 1 "Gouki" Link Monster in your GY; Special Summon this card, then Special Summon that target, but that monster loses 500 ATK. (2) Cannot be destroyed by battle while you control a "Gouki" Link Monster.
Premier Alexander Romanov
Both are pretty good for the deck.Moonsault can be used to bring a revived Suprex back to the hand for another Normal Summon to activate its effect, or to recycle a revived Octostretch or Headbatt for use in the hand, and can further recycle both Gouki Links and the aforementioned Gouki hand traps.Trainer enables the Deck to recover from board wipes by bringing back a Gouki Link and going into an even bigger Gouki Link, all without wasting the Normal Summon. Also, there's going to be a third Gouki monster on the way. Super Chaos Sonic
Looking at Moonsault's 1st effect: (1) You can reveal this card in your hand, then target 1 "Gouki" you control, except " Gouki Moonsault"; Special Summon this card, and if you do, return that target to the hand. It doesn't specify monsters, as Yui brought to my attention. Meaning, you could use this effect, bounce Deathmatch back to hand and then SS Moonsault. THAT alone would be great for the Gouki decks. Though to be fair, the 2nd effect would be beneficial for the Link monsters and what not, but I use the lulzy Localized Tornado loop for S&G. Either way, it's not bad. Noooooot sure how I feel about Trainer though.
VCR_CAT
Just so you know, Moonsault has a typo on here. It's supposed to target 1 "Gouki" monster, not any card.

If this is the case...then it's really not all that good. If it's just a Gouki monster and not any card, then it'll bring down some stuff, especially if you have to send back a Gouki that could've been used for a Link Summon. On the contrary; there are some combo pieces (coughRexcough) that can be returned and re-used from the hand if they're being revived by a different card, and then continued off of Moonsault's second effect. It's not particularly amazing on its own, but I can see some shenanigans that you can do with it. And because of the sheer searchability of anything in the Gouki archetype, you don't really need to run too many copies. A combo extender like this is just what this deck needs. Atypical-Abbie
Both seem pretty decent, giving more level variety, returns monsters to make you able to expand the Extra Link more, which is helpful since they have so many different Link Monsters, I don't know how helpful battle protection can be, but it's an extra thing. The Highlander
I thought a bit about how they could/should release the anime monsters and trainer almost perfectly meets my expectations, moonsault is also better than expected.Given that goukis have a few searches they do not need, one can invest them into a premature burial for the new ultimate falcon type of boss monster ( Gouki The Giant Ogre) and a swarming monster that can bounce said premature burial to get itself onto the field with repectable stats, not to mention that such a Giant Ogre with -500 Atk can stop an ideal True Draco Master Peace (due to the +1000 ATK effect).Edit: Goodbye Hugbear, there is a better celestial sextant target for the archtype.
