You can only Special Summon this card with the (1)st effect of this card’s name once per turn, and you can only use the (3)rd effect of this card’s name once per turn.
(1) You can Special Summon this card from your hand to your Main Monster Zone that a Link Monster Points to, in Defense Position.
(2) When a monster on the field that was Special Summoned from the Extra Deck activates an effect: You can Tribute this card; negate that activation and destroy that card.
(3) If this Normal Summoned Card is Tributed: You can add 1 “World Legacy” Spell/Trap Card from your Deck to your hand

​In addition to these cards Gouki the Giant Ogre and a new card Sword of Toxic Solitude have also been confirmed for this pack through the commercial but their effects have not been revealed yet for OCG.

Hayate is quite sexy. Very offense-oriented, and can grab Sky Striker cards super-quick.
World Crown is certainly quite potent. Easily one of the most powerful of the World Legacy monsters so far. It is quite easy to get out, and once it is out, it can take down enemy monsters.

I really like both cards. Here's hoping we get a really good archetype related to Crown.

Am pretty glad that their continuing with the Sky Striker Link Monsters as I noticed with their first 2 they had Numbers 02 and 03 on them which meant we were due to get an attribute set of these Links hopefully with this we also get a EARTH Sky Striker leaving us with LIGHT and DARK for the next pack.

A bit confused about what you meant here at first, thought you were talking non-sense, but you talking about Brandish Maidens, but read up and found out that that's the TCG name. Not sure why Sky Striker is their name.

 

Anyway, neat to see that they are including cards from the special sets in the regular series, and that we are also getting more of these as well, since I still feel like they need more stuff, they are an odd bag right now if you ask me, and this one is pretty decent I suppose.

 

As for the World Legacy card, one of the best ones so far, as it is very splashable for any of the Archetypes we have so far, and also searches for Mekk-Knights, which is very helpful.
