You can only activate this effect of "Terraformer Illusionist" once per turn. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I also wanted it to be able to change name, card type (monster, spell, trap), sub-card type (equip, field, continuous, counter, ETC), and subtype (normal, effect, XYZ, gemini, toon, tuner, ETC), but I couldn't find a way how to word that, so it is how it is, I guess.
