Well then, with that 1st effect, this will replace Vajrayana as the latter only equips on synchro summon. (On second glance, Vajrayana's place isn't threatened as it's a tuner) As for its other effect, it's interesting that it can become an equip, albeit only for Dragunities, though I wouldn't say it changes my mind on running Drive to be perectly honest. 

 

On another note, the winged-beast that is riding Kuse has got to be level 4.

Also, can this be a Super in TCG Konami?

This is certainly interesting, but I'm not sure how helpful it is.  Since it itself is a tuner, you can't do usual Dragunity ladder plays with it, right?

*looks again* Oh, I completely overlooked that it's a Tuner (I saw level 6 synchro and its effect and thought bye Vaj), I retract what I said in my previous post.

Well this pretty much explains Dragunity Drives use where this along with Drive are used together to set up Dragunity Synchros or Accel Synchros give or take a turn. Still this kinda makes you wish that with Drive it only limited you to Dragon Synchros rather than Dragunity Synchros.

Could as well be summoned with this synchro's materials and has better targets to float into, especially given that this monster does not have a Formula Synchron type of spell speed 2 synchro effect.

I fear for Needlefiber, its existence is statring to limit Synchro Tuners design, ending banned might just be a matter of when.

But this card has no need to be a tuner either, unless they make a non tuner (or a tuner that can be treated as a non one) this wont take Vajs palce

This also gives easier access to ultimaya for dragunities, for what that's worth.

 

Looking over ultimaya, I don't think that's worth too terribly much, especially considering its greatest use is to summon Crystal Wing, which is already piss-easy for the deck.

 

That said, this card absolutely is good. Vajrayana as a tuner is still Vajrayana. Even though the standard ladder plays don't work, this has its own uses that will surely crop up soon enough. The ATK boost is neat, but not incredible, as none of the dragunity bosses can really act as walls to be strengthened by 1000. Essentially, it just helps push damage and marginally assists in making more stable t1-2 boards.
