Whenever I paste the URL of an image into the image area it doesn't work. any ideas

I'm logged in and I've tried both methods (saving the image and uploading it as well as pasting the URL) and neither worked. Any ideas?

Imgur doesn't seem to work either. I'm assuming the server used to "get" the image is down or something.

Perhaps it depends on what image you use. Any that don't end with JPEG or PNG will likely falter. So basically nothing from wikis, Photobucket, or some ArtStation stuff. Unless you reupload it to Imgur. Then just copy and paste it into the space and generate it.

Try uploading it to Imgur. That's what I usually use.
