Flame Dragon
https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/news/dominaria-leak-2018-03-08 As it says, the Chinese version of the release notes released early. Since that was now out they decided to just put up all of them to make sure we don't have things mistranslated and what not. I feel bad that Wizards keeps having leaks, the fact that it has been them a decent amount doesn't help.
bury the year
Going to summarize mechanics here, without alluding to specific cards or characters (except for reprints). [spoiler=Spoilers]Saga - A new subtype of enchantments. Each Saga gets a lore counter when it enters the battlefield or after your draw step, then triggers an appropriate effect based on the number of counters. It sacrifices itself after the third trigger resolves.Legendary matters - There's at least one legendary creature in every pack, and legendary cards (other than planeswalkers) from here on out have a modified frame.Legendary sorceries - Sorceries with the legendary supertype. You may cast a legendary sorcery only if you control a legendary creature or planeswalker.Historic - A card is historic if it's an artifact, is legendary, or is a Saga. A bunch of cards care about historic cards.Kicker - The returning mechanic.Planeswalker redirection rules change - The rule that says damage dealt to a player may be reassigned to a planeswalker is no longer. Cards that would deal damage to a creature or player now say to "a target," and cards that would damage just a player say to a "player or planeswalker" (except for effects that would damage each opponent or player).Hexproof and equip changes - Hexproof and equip can now refer to specific qualities. For example, "equip legendary creature" means it can only equip a legendary creature for that cost. "Hexproof from black" means it can't be targeted by black spells or abilities you don't control.Wizard tribal appearing in Izzet colors.Bunch of minor, nonfunctional rules changes.Flavor text will now be separated from rules text (à la Portal).Reprints we know about:Isolated Chapel cycle (enemy checklands)Gaea’s BlessingGoblin WarchiefIcy ManipulatorJuggernautLlanowar ElvesSiege-Gang CommanderSkizzixThorn ElementalVerdant Force

Delibirb
These mechanics are very exciting, and having seen some of the spoiled cards' descriptions already, I am looking forward to a great set. Interested to see the aesthetic changes to Legendaries and cards with flavor text. The "equip to" is nice, helps keep text to a minimum on equipments that would otherwise need an extra line or two. Not a huge fan of "hexproof from" being a thing though. Yes it's a toned down protection, but why does there need to be a middle ground between protection and not? Because protection just does a lot of things and between not being able to target and the unblock able halves you end up with creatures that are super uninteractive for about 20% of the cards in the set. Then, because of how limited works, that is going to come up around 40% of the time.
Poc
it's a real shame that probably one of the most anticipated spoiler seasons is out the window now. Good on WoTC for just biting the bullet and releasing the notes instead of trying to bury a sheet load of poorly translated rumors. I'm still unsure about the line separating rule's and flavor text. I understand the purpose of it but It really breaks up the aesthetic of a magic card. It's more of a cleaner way of having cards like Gaea's Revenge that have protection from specific card types of specific colors. It's just another step to streamline the rules and have more clarity.
