for some reason when you go to the "change display name" tab i see this:

Change Display Name
You have made 1 of 1 display name changes since 09 Dec 2017.
You are permitted to make 1 changes in a 90 day period.

Changing your display name will not affect your log in details.Changing your display name will not affect your log in details.

I think that's an internal part of IP.Boards and they didn't check for repetitiveness in this part. Should only read it once, however if it is internal and we can't fix it, yeah. If it is somewhere we have access to editing, then sure, we can just remove the second one.

 

(Might be in the skin files, but I cannot say for certain.)
