You can only use the (2) and (3) effects of "Black Knight of Dark World" each once per turn. (1) This card gains 100 ATK for each DARK monster in your GY. (2) If this card is Link Summoned: Discard 1 card for each "Dark World' card in your GY, then draw 1 card for each card you discarded. (3) If this card is destroyed and sent to the GY: Draw cards equal to the amount of cards you discarded this turn (max. 3). (4) If this card battles an opponent's monster, the opponent's monster it is battling loses 500 ATK and DEF, also its effects are negated.

The only Dark World support this provides is in its name. You do realize the discard won't trigger DW monsters because as it is right now, the discard is a cost.

The floating is nice, but DW massively discard during your own turn, so if the opponent blows it up, drawing even 1 card is a miracle. Boost/negate is fine, but since it activates, it ties with the final condition. I can only choose to activate 1 of the 3 effects (ignoring continuous boost) so if i want to draw i cant use the negation.

The hard OPT should only apply for the summon and floating.

One thing you're also missing is where do this card's markers point to. May want to add those in.
 
As for the card itself, I'm not really up to speed on how they function nowadays post-SD21/Grapha, but guess it helps with recouping hand advantage and stuff while building off the massive GY presence they usually get. Then again, this might kill your hand if you run staples to fill in the blanks mid/late game if there's a ton of them, however much it happens. Everything is generally fine here, but note the marker locations (even if they don't really do anything specific to this).
 
While this shouldn't be mentioned too much in Casual, missing a color-themed pun for a name.

IDK, in standard form, you remove the numbers and probably just add "You can only use each of these effects of (card name) once per turn" and avoid having to multiple hard OPT on specifics. Also, changing the "when" stuff to "if" because of recent changes; the on-summon one probably could stay in its original form, but this isn't really the time to talk about that. We get where you're going.
