They do not belong to planet nay the same universe. 5H17 they don't all come from the same place aka universe. They travel nay jump from one to the other. From their plane of existence to the one they now reside. What are Pokemon? I've already said it yet you may have not caught it all (ha) Pokemon themselves are planeswalkers traveling dimensions.
