Ok now the idea of having the flavor text in Latin is awesome and I'll give credit for you just for that.

(also pretty sure Latin doesn't have articles, so A lupus is wrong, just remove the "A". And I don't want to translate it, so I'll trust your work on words chosen and cases)

 

But realistically, think about it. They can't search each other, and unless you make an Archetype around them, you'll brick way too many times, thus having a LV7 unsummonable/useless as Scale monster in your hand. The concept is cool, though.

The effect of Tenebris itself isn't really impressive, I mean, a free monster, ok. Cost too high (self-destruction) and too situational (again, you have to open with Yin AND Yang).

The effect of Lux is really interesting, but I'd see it as a Normal Spell, rather than a Pendulum monster. Anyway, here's a few suggestions.

 

If you want to make 2 cards that only synergize with each other, make sure they're a 2-card-combo or an engine. For example, a "When this card is activated, if you don't control a monster in the other Pendulum Zone: You can add 1 "insert other monster here" from your Deck to your hand" would be useful.

 

But the idea of using Latin in the flavor text is just brilliant.
