宇佐見 蓮子@C94
2 Level 4 MonstersYou can Xyz Summon this card as a quick effect by banishing a card in your hand and using one or more level 4 monsters, including 1 normal summoned monster as the Xyz Material. When this card is Xyz Summoned; target a normal or quick-play spell in your GY; this turn, you may activate that card from your GY. Banish that card if it is activated this way. During either player’s turn: Detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card; Look at the top 2 cards of all player’s decks, and put them on top, bottom or GY. Draw a card.繰り返す。君の世界の果てまで。

Darj
Does this means the mythical Toyo is back?! :D First, nitpick on mechanics and stuff. A self-Summon as a "Quick Effect" has no precedence. You can reword it to be a proper Quick Effect, though, but effects that activate in the Extra Deck would also be unheard of, but card text can override rules so you will be fine. That aside, I like the cards Summoning during the opponent's turn can be such a nasty and fun play, especially paired with its quick effects. Effectively gaining a +2 from the monster, the Spell re-use plus the card draw, may seem a bit overpowering at first, but I'm biased because of the powercreep. I found amusing that you use the quick effect keyword on its summon condition-like effect, but not in its actual Quick Effect, using instead the outdated "During either player's turn" xD
宇佐見 蓮子@C94
How would I word it so she can come out the extra deck during either player's turn as a chain to another card/effect's activation? For that matter, would I be able to use a Quick Play spell targeted by this card in the middle of a chain as it resolves, after this card's summoning and effect has resolved? Darj
I suggest:(Quick Effect): You can Special Summon this card from the Extra Deck by banishing 1 card from your hand and using 1 or more Level 4 monsters, including 1 Normal Summoned monster, as the Xyz Material. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon.). If we get specific, you wouldn't be able to activate Quick-Plays in such way, or during the opponent's turn for that matter. The reason is that AFAIK Quick-Plays are only Spell Speed 2 when activated from the hand, but Spell Speed 1 anywhere else, including in the GY. But you can play around this by Setting the Quick-Play and making it activable during the turn it is Set, like Back Jack does to Traps. You still wouldn't be able to activate Normal Spells during the opponent's turn through that way, though.
Sleepy
Zero gets the best art of that game. Long time no see full art cards in CC. In this case, I think the text in the effect box is a little crammed. When a card is in danger to look like that, I recommend not changing lines after the materials. Instead, dividing them with a " / " just like Beatrice Here. I very much like the materials written. Just like Zoodiacs, it needs only 1 in-field material, but the conditions are more fair, by requiring it to be a Normal Summoned material, and a banish.Quick or not, the idea that I can trigger any banish-friendly effect, use a single material, recycle something like Twin Twister or Monster Reborn, and draw 1 card after all that. It sounds like a big extender of plays that leaves a bit of setup and destruction in the way. Would definitely see play. The fact it can also be Xyz Summoned the normal way as a Rank 4 with generic materials maybe makes this more flexible than it needs to be, but IDK. All in all pretty strong card. Darj
Zero gets the best art of that game. Off-topic but I'm curious on this. Where do I find more works from this artist? Also, which game? I assume CFV but want to be sure.

This is the card I know her from but it's not the only card she's at.

I misunderstood as Zero being artist and that he/she made the best art xD
