Black D'Sceptyr
[spoiler=ARE YOU KIDDING ME I JUST MADE THIS TODAY] But yeah, this only offers more field presence with Red-Eyes Decks, which is looking more and more where I might stash Keeper of Dragonic Magic now. Goodness though, imagine doing this, KoDM is on the board, and you've got a Gemini and Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon. HOLY SWEET WHALE CARCASS the thought of it just turned me into one giant goosebump. Damage negation might cut into it though-this looks more like something you use to your opponent and extend your plays, like Norden initially was before....well, the Tellarknightmares came calling. I like it. Sure the Eyes Dragon Decks will like it more-for Blue Eyes this is a Rank 8 in a can.
Tinkerer
Oh good. My Dark Red-and-Blue-Eyed Dragon Destroyer Deck's got a new toy. But more seriously, since this stops your opponent from taking damage, what board are you making that takes advantage of those two summoned Dragons? The Highlander
[...] But more seriously, since this stops your opponent from taking damage, what board are you making that takes advantage of those two summoned Dragons? You can summon the Red-Eyes Xyz, Tomahawk (for link plays), the galaxy-eyes package (including a dark matter tripple burial), Titanic Galaxy, Giantrainer (to draw 3), the Blue-Eyes Synchros, Revive REDMD and Crystal Wing. That should be able to do quite a bit, assuming you are willing to play a deck that can activate this. Thomas★Zero
This card is really good for the deck its indented for as you can just basically play Dragon Shrine, summon a Eyes of Blue Monster play this and also get a Azure Eyes or Spirit Dragon out on the same turn. Darj
I don't think it's really that good. It has more conditions than Soul Charge, similar "no damage" drawback and I would trade the need of controlling a Spellcaster for Summoning any 1~5 monsters for 1000 LP each. However, it was hinted the new Lord of D. will be able to grab Dragon supporting Spells, so if this card is in its search range, then this would have a plus over Soul Charge. Draconus297
However, unlike Soul Charge, you don't put your own LP at risk, so it could potentially function as a lower-risk lower-reward equivalent to Soul Charge in Decks that can run it. Azuriena
The omission of "also" is nice.
Dragulas
The omission of "also" is nice.Does that mean that line (no damage) is a condition for the card's activation (kinda like duality)?
(GigaDrillBreaker)
A pretty good upside of this over soul charge, is that you can run three of it. Soul charge is a much better card when you can run 4 than when you can run 1, even when 3 of them are weaker overall.

Somehow I thought Soul Charge was as 3 in either OCG or TCG.
