Grinder Golem and Scapegoat don't work if you have a Qli scale up, so I suggest you drop them. Monster Reborn is probably useless too considering it's Pends and Qlis aren't exactly gonna Link spam.

No expert here so I wondering of some of your choices, like the Skybases when Towers is back.

No Monarchs Stormforth?

Consider Ash Blossom, Snow Rabbit, Veiler, other hand traps, Evenly Matched if you want to tackle the higher tiers.

I'm curious on Re-Qliate. Have you tested it?

I was playing 2 Skybases and Towers because I couldn't triple Towers and partially a worry about getting Kaiju'd/UTL'd. Tried out Evenly Matched and it didn't work out. I added in Monarch's Stormforth and Ash Blossoms, as well as a third Stealth. I honestly completely forgot that Stormforth was a card. As for Re-Qliate, I added 2 in, haven't been able to use them in a duel.
