[spoiler=Chapter 1]

"Beautiful day in Pokeville, huh Pikachu?" said Lark, the newcomer to Pokeville.

"Pika!" said Pikachu, with a twinkle in his eye!

"Lark! Hunny! Where are you?"

"Over here Mom!"

"Go down to Singler Town, and pick me up the package at Professor James' Lab" said Lark's Mom

 

Lark hopped onto his bike, riding down the dirt road to Singler Town.

 

Wondering what the package was, Lark Parked his bike, and walking into Professor James' Lab.

 

"Excuse me, but is anybody here? Hello...?"

"Yes, may I help you?" said a voice for behind this huge machine of some sort.

"Yes, my mother sent me here..." Lark replied.

"Ah, Yes, Yes, you must me Lark, here is the package!"

"Thanks!" Lark replied, then walking back to his bike.

 

"Pika! Pika!"

"Pikachu? What's up?" Lark said in a rush.

"Pika!"

"Woah! What's that?"

 

A big blimp was fling up in the sky, it had some sort of flag on the bag, it read "All new trainers come to the Colosseum!"

Running as fast as he could, Lark looked back noticing that he had left his bike. Should I go back, he thought.

 

"I can't, I can't, what about the blimp?" Lark said in a hush.

"Pika!"

"What is it, boy? Wow, the Colosseum! Lets go!" Lark yelled. They ran as fast as they could, running right into the front gates.

"May I help you?" The Receptionist said.

"Yes, I want to register for the, umm, beginner class."

"Right this way, what's your name?"

"Lark."

"OK, choose one Pokemon!"

"Ready Pikachu?"

"Pika!"

"OK, looks like your in. Come this way. That screen over their is were you can see, who your battling and if you are battling it will show the stats of your battle."

"Great!"

 

Lark walked into the waiting room with the other Beginner Trainers. He walked in a saw this Pokemon, that he had never seen before.

 

"Excuse me, I couldn't help to notice that Pokemon. What is it?" Lark asked the girl.

"I get that a lot! It is a Burmy!" the girl said.

 

In the flash, the announcer said, "The first battles will be underway these are the match-ups!"

 

Lark-Daisy

Rose-Jasmine

Tiffany-Ash

 

"Cool, I'm facing Daisy!" Lark said.

"I'm Daisy!" said the girl with the Burmy.

 

Be on the lookout for Chapter 3

 

[spoiler=Chapter 3]

“Go Pikachu!” said Lark at the beginning of the battle.

“Ha, a Pikachu! Nothing special! Go Burmy!” said Daisy.

Before the match began the referee quickly says, “This match is between Lark, from Pokeville. And Daisy, from Alterb Canyon. Let the match begin!”

 

Small sparks came from Pikachu’s red cheeks.

 

“Go, Pikachu, use Quick Attack, then Thunder Wave!” Lark said in a very fast manner.

“Dodge, Burmy use Bombard!” Pikachu was hit with a vicious blow, he falls to the ground.

“Get up Pikachu! Come On!” Lark was worried, this was Pikcahu’s first battle.

“Pika!” Pikcahu was madder than ever!

“Use Thundershock Pikcahu! And hit her hard!”

 

Burmy was hit with a huge blow! Burmy fell to the ground.

 

“Burmy get up! Please!” Daisy Screamed.

 

“Burmy is unable to battle, the winner is Lark from Pokeville.” the referee acclaimed.

 

Lark walked back the waiting room, he saw Daisy.

 

“Hey, Daisy, nice battle!” Lark exclaimed.

“Go away!” Daisy barked

What will happen next? Look for Chapter 4!

 

[spoiler=Chapter 4]

“Huh?” Lark said in astonishment.

“I said go away!” Daisy barked.

“Yeah, I heard you, what do you have to be so mean, because I won?”

“Yea, I never loose! Never!”

“Um, I’m sorry to burst your bubble, but you lost, fair and square! You can’t always win! You have to learn to loose sometimes.”

 

Daisy looked at the ground, “Your right… I guess…” Daisy turned around and walked away.

“Pika?”

“What boy?”

“Pika, pikachu, pika pika!”

“Yea I know, how weird… Oh look! The next round…”

 

Lark looked at the screen,

 

Lark - Charlie

Ver - Jose

Patrik - Joe

 

“OK, Charlie, what Pokemon does he have? A BUTTERFREE!”

 

[spoiler=Chapter 5]

“Go Butterfree!”

“Go Pikachu! Use Thundershock!” Bufferfree was hit!

“Come on Bufferfree! Lets go! Sleeping Powder!” Pikachu is now asleep.

“Wake up!”

“Butterfree use Psychic!” Pikachu fell, was he sleeping?

 

PIKACHU IS UNABLE TO BATTLE! CHARLIE WINS!

 

“Oh well Pikachu, maybe next time.” Lark woke up Pikachu and walked out into the lobby.

Charlie saw him and said, “Nice battle, Lark it is right?”

“Yeah, you were good to, but you must have trained it hard, that short of a battle!”

“Yeah, it was touch, but it was worth it, you will get there soon.”

 

Lark walked away, and went back to the Pokemon Center, he grabbed his bike, surprisingly it was still there. He rode back to Pokeville, to go see his mom.

 

“Mom? You there?” Lark heard music… what was it? “Mom!? You there?”
