Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by banishing the above cards from your graveyard (You do not use "Polymerization".)

This card doesn't have to use it's effect during the end phase.

This card gains the effects of the monsters used as fusion material.

This card can't be destroyed a card effect.

Things that need pointing out:

• Neos Beast missing its ATK.
• Where are you sending the monster from; Extra Deck? Face-up on field?
• Neos Last Hope is technically busted as hell, coupled with its massive stats. Yeah, it requires you to banish Neos Fusions, but there are ways of milling stuff from the ED.
  • Also going to assume this card had a self-return effect that you didn't have to trigger, but you took it off.

Beast is technically fine, unless you break its ATK somewhere. Neos Last Hope needs work.

Well, no, Sakura. Remember, it gains the effects of its Materials, so unless you use some combination of Divine Neos, Neos Knight (which would make it impossible to use that huge ATK to indict damage with), Rainbow Neos, and Marine Neos, it will wind up saddled with a self-return effect.

 

stevenguy, Last Hope is a weird one for Neos Decks. It's kinda difficult to get out on board, but not really because Mega Zaborg, Cyberdark Claw, and Gale Dogra are things that exist. Its protection is nice, but almost pointless given how much non-destruction removal exists in the game. Its previously mentioned stats break the "rule of 5000", wherein monsters don't go over 5000 printed ATK and DEF. All monsters with over 5k ATK/DEF break that number through boosts, the most egregious single-card example being Armityle the Chaos Phantom gaining 10000 ATK during its controller's turn.

 

I can't rightfully comment on the Link, except to say that it's really difficult to get two Neo-Spacian monsters on board consistently, so it's pretty unlikely that you'll ever see the damned thing.

Oh yeah, I forgot it gains the self-return effect, but in application, the OCG is going to be ugly on it. Could probably reword that particular effect that lets you not trigger the return effect to be that of Neo Space.

 

But, just so the member actually comes over here, @@stevenguy2001, add the ATK for Beast.

Now that you've added the ATK for Neos Beast, yeah, it's legitimately busted power-wise.

 

You did permit HEROs to be used as material for it, but when I said it's busted, that means 3500 ATK on a Link 2; especially given HEROs and their capacity to swarm right now. Halve its ATK, and it'd be fine. (I don't know if you intentionally made it like this, or was a typo).
