The Nyx Avatar
I guess something to capitalize on the arrows a Link monster points at. While a lot of cards focus on you benefiting from having one pointed by a Link monster's arrows, others focus on hurting your opponent for having monsters in Zones it points to. And this card falls on the latter side. Which is neat, since there aren't as many cards that punish your opponent for Summoning in said Zones. So if your opponent Summons a couple of monsters in Zones that are pointed by their own Link monsters or your own if yours happens to point up, you can get rid of some monsters. And as far as I know, there's hardly any monsters that would benefit from being shuffled into the Deck (except Madolches, but that's a different story). So if your opponent happens to Summon more Extra Deck monsters in said Zones, you might've hindered a good chunk of their play. It's decent removal, but it relies on yout opponent Summoning more than one Extra Deck monster.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
If you look at the current gamestate, Decks are more than capable of summoning multiple ED (or monsters thereof); most of the time, using a lot of the down markers. If we ever get Links that point all up, then opponent can get screwed over a lot more. tl;dr, punish opponent for summoning big Links to open EMZ. At most, you can bounce maybe 2-3 monsters; it is possible to go 4 if you have something like Skulldeat (Skulldread) and don't mind bouncing one of your monsters over there. In a way, it is technically "stronger" removal than something like Castel since it is not hard OPT / doesn't require detaching and can hit multiple targets. Only drawback is hitting linked monsters, but that's minor (and yes, requiring your opponent to even run Link Monsters and stuff, but nowadays most Decks will tech a couple).
