During either player's turn: You can send this card from your hand to the GY and target 1 Link monster on the field; rearrange all where it currently points to until the end of this
turn. During either player's Damage Step, when a Cyberse monster you control battles: You can send this card from your hand to the GY; the battling monsters switch their current ATK and DEF until the end of this turn.

The wording for rearranging the Link Arrows seems weird, though I understand where it's going.

At its best, you can technically rearrange side markers to point down to enable more of your plays while in the EMZ (even the Up arrows so opponent can't benefit off it). Or conversely, have the opponent's ones (least bosses) point elsewhere so they can't summon ED or trigger stuff. So that much is good.

Second effect isn't really special, aside from it being a limited version of Shield & Sword (which I assume this is), in which case you likely aren't affected too much b/c of how Links work (and assuming you Link Summon too).

Right now, it's good. Would probably run it to move Link Markers (Arrows) around when needed.

Yeah I've been trying to figure out how to word Link Arrow relocation/addition/subtraction effects for awhile. I am definitely waiting for Konami to do it themselves so I don't have to be so contrived about it. I dislike that Link Arrows themselves are indirectly referred to (like they did with the "Banish Zone" smh) in the wording of the game, but I guess that can't be helped.
