This deck's purpose is to be cute and restrictive turn one and pretty much do nothing turn two.

 

You kinda just force out a Ties with Rai-Oh, Solar and Mustang then win or you could just NS Boarder and win.

 

Sea Horse enables Veil which enables picking whatever LIGHT degenerate monster you want.

 

Skywolf + CotH/Back to Front pretty much outs any deck that a Ties board or Boarder doesn't single-handedly disallow from playing the game.

 

I'll probably play this just because the Trickstar matchup when we get batteryman, for now it's on YGOPRO
