With so many outstanding candidates it could go to anyone.

Thanks, we are all decent candidates and have just as much chance as anyone else, I realize that now.

 

Maybe, sorry. Hopefully, he will select the new moderators today or tonight.

 

This is my FINAL choice for moderation:

In theory, if this change happens, then the forum will have enough help to become absolutely efficient and none to nearly no errors.

Don't forget all of YCMaker's decisions are for the best possible outcome in the forum. And remember whatever happens hold your head up high ok people? ALERT Friendship Speech time! And remember that being in this forum is just as good as helping it "Friendship is Eternal" Now i'm going to go and relax around the forum, I'd recommend putting this to the back of your head though/

 

Oh and I won't put up a "Possible Selection" Part. Everyone is equal here. Peace out :)

That counts for all of us. Ranging from the biggest candidates to the least.

 

If I were to actually be chosen it would most definitely be to Moderate Custom Cards. I spend most my time there and do my best to help others as much as possible.

Wow, you just got all philosiphical on us. Lazy hippy. Sure, I know that his decisions are for the best of the forum and whatnot and that we would all make good moderators, but each one of us wants to be a moderator for different reasons and to moderate different things. Meaning- Not all of us will get picked, but some of us will.. OR. For all we know, he could not pick any of us to be mods! We do not know how many he is looking for... 1,2,3? He could pick 7! We dont know, and we all want to be a moderator. It is driving us nuts. We wont be crushed if it is not us, but we will probobly be a tiny bit jealous. We all want to be a moderator or we would not be having this discussion at this moment.

 

He cannot pick all... what?... 10 of us with good applications? Let us all just chill a bit (not hippyish) and remain patient but eager. He will make a good decision we hope and just wish for us and the others who we believe would make good moderators to become so. That is all we can do... for now.

In the Mod Forum, i have wrote my opinions on every single applicant ^_^ Took some time i can tell ya ^_^

 

And so far just myself and Remix seem to think a certain member for Fan-Fic is suitable.

 

 

Have any of you suggested doing a Poll? And count up what everyone thinks the outcome will be?

That is a good idea. Obito would need to be on though. Or, we could make a new thread. That could help.

 

EDIT: Bloodrun, you are not passed your prime. You just created an amazing new idea that has roughly just started to slightly impact YCM. Your ideas are great, way better than mine.

 

What is your problem with Dj Osiris?

Back on Topic. A Poll would be a good idea but I'm a little worried there would be a little Ego Stroking by the higher ups on the Poll. oh and GH, Don't feel jealous in any way to the successful candidates, your role (And everyone else on the entire forum) Is to work together to keep the forum a nice place for years to come.

 

And yes, lol my Speech was a little "Hippyish" wasn't it? I just wanted to bring some positive Karma into the topic :P

and yes i still like Dj, besides, the reason einstien (sp) was able to live as long as he did, was because no one was able to match his mental capabilities, therefore, he had no one to argue with.

accept those who questioned his chain of reasoning, which in the long run, caused his death lol

Ok, just wondering. Thanks Dj. For a second there, Your post looked like it said "God Hunter, Boodrun and myself are too alike" XD

 

D.M.G. : That is my word. I have it copywrited. ;) I will be a little jealous, I wont flip out or anything. I will be especially jealous if God Splice or 72night became moderators, them being some of my closest friends on the forum.

 

EDIT: Bloodrun, wow, very odd. But, I think it makes sense.

well this is getting old actually i think all main active users have applied by now, i think it should just be over with, I know that bloodrun,wolfbeseker.and a few others have a great chance...me i just want to be one..dont care of what sub-forum just want to be one...

Don't you think that was a little too honest? Not caring which forum you would Mod? Come on..... You must have Skills in certain things! :) Just saying "I want to be a Mod give me anything" isn't the way to think of it. It takes time, devotion and Hard Work to be a success. Respect is one great thing. Power isn't.

well the only forums im really in is general, card contest,and any other cards....show case im not active in but i read them to see any new splice completion.

Ah, Dj has been watching us this whole time XD

Well, the point of being a Moderator is to serve and so if someone is not chosen, you can still serve to your heart's delight. The only difference is that you couldn't Lock a Thread, Sticky A Thread, Etc. We can all serve whether we have "Moderator" next to our "Group:" Category or not.

I just wanna be a mod really bad. I don't know exactly why though, lol

Just, well, I have done alot, and when I joined, I had 10 things on a list to do (Yes, i'm that wierd), and, this is probably the last 1, lol

Not much of a reason, I know. =/

But I would like to think that I have done very well on this site, and that I will continue to do so.

But still, yeah, I think I can be a good mod. Unnfortunatly, the places i'm on most have been takes by DJ, Broworod, and bhim, lol

So, guess all I can do is hope for the best, lol
