Tesability Black
Out of curiosity, what's the color of the post background on Modern? Some people do make use of invisible text (aka text that matches the color of the post background) in the RP section.
Yui
Out of curiosity, what's the color of the post background on Modern? Some people do make use of invisible text (aka text that matches the color of the post background) in the RP section. With the site now having a dark theme that actually looks really cool, invisible text is no longer universally applicable. People who would get invisible text on Modern will see it normally on Uniform/Vintage/etc, and vice versa. I did look into the background color on Modern though, and it seems to be 232323. Perhaps some sort of bbcode that turns the text color into whatever the viewer's background color would be in order, Torm? Also, not a big fan of the Start New Topic button's location. It's moved everything over to the left and it's funking with my muscle memory. But that's just a personal complaint ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I'll probably get used to it before long. Tormented
this kinda suits your need, albeit not in the way you are used to. I will certainly look into something that might work like that though.
LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
this kinda suits your need, albeit not in the way you are used to. I will certainly look into something that might work like that though. An example I could give is one of my characters in Cherry Heart can talk to spirits.I've put spirits in white text and never mention it and have her respond as usual. So this would be a super cool thing if invisible text would be possible. Anyway I want to say thanks for the pinned thing it makes it a lot better ESPECIALLY for Polls, holy cow that's such an improvement. It also highlights the cleaning being done woo bonus
Yemachu
Invisible text is already possible using the CSS tag:[css="color:rgba(255, 255, 255, 0)"]Invisible text[/css] Text which should be invisible on most browsers, regardless of backround color.Highlight this post to view some hidden text. You could even give it a try in another theme to see it work there as well.
mitchermitcher
[css="color:rgba(255, 255, 255, 0)"]Allow me to test that claim then[/css] Doesn't work for me for some reason, but yours work on both light and dark browser themes. Let's see, how about now.

'frowns' Problem is, this is something I'm unlikely to remember, so I would only be able to use it for a small length of time unless there's like...hm. I think I have an idea for something to Zai to write up and pin, a list of rp-useful codes not already made default on the text bars here. Oh, boy, quoting broke that code. o_O

Yui
Suggestion if it hasn't already been made: You know the little info blurb thing that comes up when you highlight a name? ^this one^ Why not add alias to that? It's a small convenience, but can prevent awkward profile visits in an attempt to figure out who this or that user may be if they've made a sudden and jarring change in forum appearance. Tormented
Alright, ladies and gentleman, I've got the Anchor system to work on posts. To get it to work you are going to need to first use the anchor tag on the word you want to anchor onto, now be advised you can't use any spaces and it must be lowercase, once you have chosen a word to anchor onto, you must then use the goto anchor tag anchor1 Now obviously it doesn't work all that great on a small piece of writing such as this but certainly, on bigger posts, it will have the desired effect, let me know how you guys get on. [anchor]anchortitle[/anchor]Anchor Title [goto='anchortitle]Anchor Title[/goto]
Tormented
And a smaller note, your member levels (in stars) always show regardless of you being in a separate group. This can be toggled per custom group so if you do not wish for your member level to show beneath your name, let me know. Edit: If you do not have a custom group Icon, your stars will show regardless, this only affects custom groups with icons. Hallohallo
tfw I have Ranks AND Levels! I'm the ultimate monster! I'll keep it! As for anchor function, I still don't really understand how it's supposed to work...
Tormented
TL;DR you click a "link" and it will take you to a certain part of a post. Both of the bbcodes can be found in the bbcode menu with a short explanation to how they work.
Hallohallo
Ok nvm. I just had to quote your post to understand. I don't know why I didn't understand from your explanation lol. Yea, this is actually helpful for long posts.
Atypical-Abbie
How does handle spoilers? If I were to quote something in the spoiler that is.
Tormented
It doesn't work very well inside of a spoiler but that being said the "anchor" itself is invisible anyway, so you could stick it outside of the spoiler you want to link to, and it would work just fine.
