While your opponent controls monsters than you do, Fiends you control gain 200 ATK for each monster your opponent controls. Non-Fiend monsters this card points to have their effects negated. If this card is sent to the GY by an opponent's card (by battle or card effect): you can Banish this card from your GY; target 1 monster your opponent controls: Gain control of it, and if you do, it gains 200 ATK for each of your Banished Fiends.
