Gonna skip the last one I played and go to the second last one which does have antagonists.

 

This one jerk who hit me in the eye many years ago (in lieu of a current one because tfw no current rl nemesis) will be stopped in ways that have yet to be unveiled because the game updates its story line once a year. But he's trying to end the universe because the love of his life rejected him or something, and that's bad, and we gotta stop that from happening.
