Dad
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0112225/ "An intelligent and witty dog imagines himself in the role of characters from classic books and gets involved in similar real-life adventures." I used to love this show! It was such a great story-telling adventure and with a dog no less. I learned a lot and it was super engaging. I also learned that Wishbone was actually played by five different dogs. Interesting tidbit. Anybody remember Wishbone or am I the only one who watched public tv? Fusion X. Denver
funk yeah I remember Wishbone My favorite was the Hound of the Baskervilles one where Wishbone was Holmes. I remember feeling genuinely creeped out when the girl upstairs was squirming in the dark and thought the mansion looked cool.I didn't know he was played by 5 dogs, that's mind-blowing actually. Great show, good way to introduce kids to classic literature.
Dad
I personally intend to revive this show if given the chance with my own kids (I'd love a little girl). Baskerville was also one of my favorites. Wishbone's costume was awesome and that mansion weirded me out when I was young. They told some of the best stories from before my time and it enthralled me. Tesability Black
Wishbone was a really-good show, one of the few I could keep my parents from interrupting me during, due to the stories being told, both modern and old.
