My headcanon is more that she'd be Mario and Peach's daughter and the ear thing's an oversight, but I liked how it was all laid out. It makes sense to have a secret daughter character to me and it bugs me a little that Nintendo will never ever outright address it. But yeah, cool idea. The peach part was pretty obvious, (the mother also has a crown) and the whole castle and tree thing is there to a the T I never liked the Mario and Peach thing.
