If your opponent controls 4 or more cards and you control no cards and you have less than 3 cards in your hand: Draw cards equal to the number of cards in your opponent's hand, then your opponent gains 1000 LP for each card you drew by this effect. You can only activate 1 "Upstart Goblin Family" per turn.

Hmmm... I'm gonna go out on a limb and say this card is a little too underwhelming. Sure, it's definitely a potential much greater draw than Upstart Goblin, but I think it's a little too difficult to use to be something I'd ever consider using. The stipulations of your opponent controlling 4 or more cards, you having no cards, and requiring 3 or less cards in hand while your opponent also possesses 2 or more cards in their hand for this NOT to be a brick is way too strict. I would suggest either removing "less than 3 cards in hand" or changing "while you control no cards" to "while your opponent controls 4 or more cards than you", just to make this a little more appetizing.
