There is a high chance the opponent could get rid of this card before you reach 10 counters to use it's win condition effect. The highest you may hope for is probably 3 or 4, pending how well you counter your opponent moves. So chances for this win condition varies pending how well you control the duel. While you technically are fine comment-wise (despite the reduction of standards in Casual), I do need to note that the necrobump rule is 2 weeks for members not named the thread creator.
