(GigaDrillBreaker)
This is just an idea I came up with yesterday, and took the time to put together a guide for over the last hour or so. I know that a lot of these cards have been used in FTKs before, but this is my first time making one from scratch, so I'm honestly pretty happy with it. It's a 3-card combo, requiring Ravine, Cat/Rabbit, and Darkwurm/Destrudo. All of these cards are searchable, lending a ton to consistency for the FTK. Yes, this dies to literally every hand trap short of maxx c (which it still dies to, as it gets them a handtrap to stop the combo) but I really don't care. Enjoy. [spoiler=The Combo]To start off, you need the 3 mentioned pieces in hand. I am using Cat and Darkwurm for this example, but they can be substituted by Rabbit and Destrudo. The other 2 cards in hand don't matter whatsoever, so if you end up using something like magical contract door to search for destrudo, that's totally fine. Activate Ravine, discarding 1 dragon to mill the other. This is a pretty standard use so far, so I'm not certain why I gave it its own image. Oh well. Summon darkwurm from grave, searching for Supreme King Gate Zero, then normal summon rescue cat. Tribute Cat to summon 2 copies of Chu-Ske the Mouse Fighter, then pay half your LP to summon destrudo as a level 3. Be careful not to touch chu-ske, or you will get burnt. Use both copies of chu-ske to summon Meliae of the Trees, milling dandylion and producing 2 fluff tokens. It is important that one of these tokens is diagonal to your EMZ. Lots going on in this image. Use meliae and a fluff token to summon Aromaseraphy Jasmine, then use Darkwurm and destrudo to summon Ancient Fairy Dragon. AFD pops ravine, gaining 1000 lp and searching catalyst field. Since you gained LP, Jasmine searches for Glow-Up Bulb. Use Jasmine to tribute your remaining fluff token and summon Lonefire Blossom. Cycle through your playset, putting all 3 blossoms in grave, before summoning Predaplant Ophrys Scorpio. Discard GUB to summon Darlingtonia Cobra, which searches for Polymerization. Use the two predaplants to summon M-X-Saber Invoker, detaching one to summon Secret Six Samurai Kizaru. Kizaru searches for Fuma, who you will then summon with AFD. Use Jasmine, AFD, Invoker, and Kizaru to summon Skulldeat. Draw 4 cards then return 3 to the bottom of your deck. Since none of the cards you draw are actually needed, focus on returning combo pieces back to the deck. Then, use skulldeat's other effect to summon Gate Zero from your hand. Gate Zero destroys itself and Fuma (placing itself in the pendulum zone) to summon Phonon Pulse Dragon to one of your linked zones. Since Fuma was destroyed, you can summon your second copy of kizaru from the deck, who then searches for Secret Six Samurai Hatsume. Use skulldeat and Phonon Pulse Dragon as link materials to summon Crystron Needlefiber, who summons Vylon Cube from your deck. Use kizaru and vylon cube to make a second copy of AFD. Vylon Cube then adds Symbol of Heritage to your hand from the deck. AFD summons Hatsume from your hand, and hatsume banishes Fuma and 1 copy of kizaru from your GY to summon back Kizaru, who searches for Legendary Six Samurai Mizuho. Use Kizaru and Hatsume to summon Isolde, who then adds Elemental HERO Neos Alius to your hand. Isolde sends 3 equip spells to your graveyard to summon Legendary Six Samurai Shinai. Since you control Shinai, you can summon Mizuho from your hand. Mill 1 card to summon GUB. (I realize now that spore would be better in this deck than GUB, as GUB risks milling combo pieces. If using spore, banish Dandylion to summon it as a level 4) Use GUB/Spore, AFD, Needlefiber, and Isolde to summon a second copy of skulldeat. Draw 4 and return 3. Use Shinai and Mizuho to summon a second copy of Invoker, who then detaches 1 to summon Amazoness Archer from the deck. Use Symbol of brethren to special summon a copy of Lonefire Blossom from your graveyard. Tribute Lonefire to summon Gigaplant from the deck, Use Catalyst field to normal summon gigaplant, and then gigaplant special summons Lonefire from grave. Tribute Lonefire to summon a second Gigaplant from the deck, then use polymerization to fuse the first gigaplant on field with Neos Alius in hand, summoning Superalloy Beast Raptinus. Summon Missus Radiant, using Skulldeat and invoker as materials, then use gigaplant to summon gigaplant from grave. That gigaplant then summons lonefire, tributing itself for your third gigaplant. These 3 can now infinitely revive each other, allowing you to burn the opponent out with Amazoness Archer.
~ P O L A R I S ~
It's good that all the starting cards are searchable, but the number of dead combo pieces along the way means that if you can't assemble the 3 required cards in your opening 5 card hand you'll almost certainly lose (Chu-Ske x2, Gigaplant x3, Catalyst Field, *filler Equip Spell* x3, Amazon Archer, Symbol of Heritage, Polymerization, Supreme King Gate Zero, and Vylon Cube is a lot of Garnets). Meliae can FTK by itself in Plants, that card in tandem with Jasmine and Lonefire is vulgar. Still, this is great fun and involves your namesake along with Gemini support and Chu-Ske the Mouse Fighter so kudos are definitely in order. Ryusei the Morning Star
One wonders if OCG was right to ban AFD. No they were not. Cards like Amazon need OPTs
Phelphor, of the Deep
can someone please post the deck recipe? What if opponent activate's maxx c and/or other hand trap? could that stop the combo point blank? Yes, this dies to literally every hand trap short of maxx c (which it still dies to, as it gets them a handtrap to stop the combo) but I really don't care. Enjoy. Is there a way to keep the combo alive even if a opponent has some kind of hand trap response? I think so, other cards can be placed in the deck as a plan B or ways to get extra copies of key cards out in case opponent have some kind of response.
