You cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck during the turn you activate this card.

(1) If you control no monsters: Once during this turn, if you would Tribute Summon a monster, you can Tribute 1 monster from your Deck with 800 ATK and 1000 DEF.

 

Basically a way to alleviate the cost of Tributing your dudes, and also a way to trigger Edea from the Deck. I'm actually unsure if this one is balanced or not, I'd love to read your thoughts.
