Cannot be used as material, except for the Summon of a Dragon monster. You can only use the preceding effect of "Lil' Miss Dracey" once per turn. If this card is Special Summoned, or sent from your hand or field to the GY, except as material: Apply 1 of these effects;

● Send 1 Level 8 or lower Dragon monster from your hand or Main Deck to the GY, except "Lil' Miss Dracey".
● Special Summon 1 Level 8 or lower Dragon monster from your hand or GY, except "Lil' Miss Dracey".
● All monsters your opponent controls lose 800 ATK.



Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 3 other Thunder monsters, face-down, (1 from your hand, 1 from your field, and 1 from your GY). You can only control 1 "Raiu Kotei". Thrice per turn, negate the first activation of a card/effect on the field of each card type (Monster, Spell, and Trap). Neither player can Special Summon monsters to the Main Monster Zone, except Thunder monsters, while there are a total of 3 or more cards in the Spell & Trap Zone(s).



Activate only during your Main Phase 2. Equip only to a monster with a Level. Its original ATK becomes 2000, but it cannot attack. Once while face-up on the field: You can make the equipped monster lose ATK in multiples of 1000 (max. 2000), then target a number of face-up monsters your opponent controls up to each 1000 ATK lost this way; take control of those targets until your opponent's next Standby Phase. You cannot Special Summon monsters from your Extra Deck the turn you activate this card, except after this card's effect is activated that takes control of an opponent's monster(s) (and was not negated), by using only the equipped monster and those monsters as materials.
