Here ye, here ye! The Gentry has returned to defend their land! Command these courageous souls in combat and fight to the last breath!

 

This deck is heavily reliant on the Equip Spell, Divine Fire of Ascendance, which helps your Gentry, helps strengthen them, can recycle itself, and the archetype can protect it

 

Divine Fire of Ascendance
Equip Spell
Can only be equipped to a "Gentrified" monster. The equipped monster gains 100 ATK & DEF x its Level during each End Phase. During the second Standby Phase that this equipped card is on the field: Tribute the equipped monster; Special Summon 1 "Gentrified" monster with the same Type but 2 Levels higher from your Deck. If this card is in your GY: you can shuffle 3 "Gentrified" monsters with different Types from your GY into the Deck; add this card from your GY to your hand, then draw 1 card.
 
Gentrified Knight of Dawn

1800 ATK/700 DEF
If this card is destroyed by your opponent's card (by battle or card effect) and sent to the GY: you can Special Summon 1 "Gentrified Spirit" monster with the same Level as this card from your Deck. If a "Gentrified Priest" monster you control is sent to the GY: you can shuffle that card into the Deck; draw 1 card.
 
Gentrified Priest of Dawn
LIGHT/Spellcaster

700 ATK/1800 DEF
When this card is Normal Summoned: you can discard 1 card, then add 1 "Divine Fire of Ascendance" from your Deck to your hand. If a "Gentrified Knight" monster you control battles: you can reduce this card's DEF by a multiple of 100; your battling monster gains ATK equal to the DEF lost by this effect.
 
Gentrified Spirit of Dawn
LIGHT/Fairy
Lv4 Effect
500 ATK/2000 DEF
If this card is sent to the GY: you can add 1 "Divine Fire of Ascendance" from your GY to your hand. If a "Divine Fire of Ascendance" you control would be destroyed or banished, you can send this card to the GY instead.

If this card is destroyed by your opponent's card (by battle or card effect) and sent to the GY: you can Special Summon 1 "Gentrified Spirit" monster with the same Level as this card from your Deck.

If this card is destroyed by your opponent's card (by battle or card effect) and sent to the GY: you can Special Summon 1 "Gentrified Spirit" monster with the same Level as this card from your Deck.
 
Gentrified Priest of Day

When this card is Special Summoned: you can add 1 "Divine Fire of Ascendance" from your Deck to your hand. If a "Gentrified Knight" monster you control battles: you can reduce this card's DEF by a multiple of 100; your battling monster gains ATK equal to the DEF lost by this effect.
 
Gentrified Priest of Dusk

Once per turn (Quick Effect): you can target 1 "Gentrified" monster you control; equip 1 "Divine Fire of Ascendance" from your hand, Deck or GY to that monster. If a "Gentrified Knight" monster you control battles: you can reduce this card's DEF by a multiple of 100; your battling monster gains ATK equal to the DEF lost by this effect.

If this card is sent to the GY: you can add 1 "Gentrified" monster from your GY to your hand. If a "Divine Fire of Ascendance" or a "Gentrified Knight" monster you control would be destroyed or banished, you can send this card to the GY instead.

If this card is sent to the GY: you can add 1 "Gentrified" card from your Deck to your hand. If a "Divine Fire of Ascendance" or a "Gentrified" monster you control would be destroyed or banished, you can send this card to the GY instead.
 
Gentrified Castle
Field Spell
When this card is activated: add 1 "Gentrified" monster from your Deck to your hand. If a monster is Special Summoned by the effect of "Divine Fire of Ascendance", while you control a "Gentrified Priest" monster: you can banish 1 card your opponent controls. Your opponent cannot Tribute "Gentrified" monsters. Once per turn, if a "Gentrified" monster you control is destroyed and sent to the GY: gain 200 LP x the destroyed monster's Level.
 
Gentrified Shield Wall
Continuous Spell
Monsters you control equipped with "Divine Fire of Ascendance" cannot be targetted by your opponent's card effects. Once per turn: you can send 1 "Gentrified" monster from your Deck to the GY; shuffle 1 card from your hand into the Deck, then add 1 "Gentrified" monster from your Deck to your hand.
 
Treaty of the Gentry
Quick-Play
Tribute 1 "Gentrified" monster you control; equip 1 "Divine Fire of Ascendance" from your Deck to a monster you control, and if you do, neither player takes any damage until the end of the next turn.
 
Fortify!
Normal Spell
Equip 1 "Divine Fire of Ascendance" from your Deck to a monster you control. That monster gains 1000 ATK & DEF until the end of this turn.
 
Gentrified Stand
Counter Trap
When your opponent activates a card or effect: Tribute 1 "Gentrified" monster you control; negate the activation, and if you do, shuffle it back into the Deck. If this card is in your GY, except the turn it was sent there: you can return this card and 1 "Gentrified" monster you control to your hand. You can only activate 1 "Gentrified Stand" per turn.

When a "Gentrified" monster you control is destroyed by your opponent's card (by battle or card effect): Add 1 Spell card that lists the card "Divine Fire of Ascendance" in its card text from your Deck to your hand.
