Pretty decent for Cyberse, allows even faster Link Summons, would probably be a skip if it was not for the GY part though, as there are other cards that could do a similar job. High DEF too.

I was wondering when they how they were going to incorporate any WATER theme for Cyberse.. Guess I shouldn't be surprised they went this route of incorporating an oceanic theme. Haven't spent any time playing Cyberse so I don't know the magnitude of potential this gives them, but obviously it is good for laddering more Links... Not much I can really say about it.

The deck doesn’t need faster. It needs value cards.

 

Having to grave this for it to be value when they lack any means to do so makes it pretty mediocre.
