Wanted to say Hi,

 

I like playing Yugioh, and the KONAMI`s older design. And also hope to make some Duel Master cards, have no clue where to put them tho.. :D

Hello, General Dark Fiend. I'm Yui, one of the moderators for General and its related sections.

 

Any cards you make yourself would belong in the Custom Cards section, in either Casual or Advanced based on if you're designing with the current meta in mind and other factors. You should be able to learn more on that front by consulting the Custom Cards rules. Speaking of rules, make sure to give the site rules a quick read, as well as the rules for any sections you plan on visiting. You shouldn't end up breaking them unless you try, but reading some rules never hurts. Questions about what to do in certain sections if you're unsure can be directed to a moderator or otherwise a member whose name you see cropping up often in the section. We're always glad to see new members turn up, and have no problem helping a little here and there if you need it.

 

That should be about it from me. Be good, don't make an ass of yourself, and most importantly, have fun during your time on YCM! Don't forget: You're here forever now, barring some horrible incident that leads to you getting banned. Might as well get comfy :)

I'm Sakura, the moderator for Custom Cards, Introductions (where you are now) and Q&A; not to mention one of the Super Moderators. 

 

As Yui already pointed out, make sure you look over the standard site rules (you can find them either stickied at the top of the News forum or announcement all over the place). Most are common sense things, but yeah. Custom Cards has a lot more that you need to know, but most should be relatively simple (including the use of tags to split between ARC-V format and now). As for Duel Masters (people still play this?), that would go in the Other TCG section in Advanced for right now.

If you have any questions pertaining to Custom Cards, please ask me (or rather, I'm the best resource for this as I did write nearly all of the rules for the section and stuff). I'm usually here on a daily basis, but I am not online at the time, just shoot me a PM. 

 

General questions can be directed to a staff member or a veteran user online.

I might as well introduce myself as well, given my job/domain and all.

 

Howdy partner, the name's Striker. I'm a former Custom Cards moderator and the current Leaderboard Chairman.

 

A little bit about the Leaderboard: it is an organized way for members to compete in a 1v1 cardmaking contest against each other with forum prizes and bragging rights up for grabs. I'd advise that you give it a try (Season 17 is currently ongoing, but it is almost over so I'd advise starting during Season 18 in January).
