this is a fun deck I built based off of Rank10YGO's video but a more budget build

is there any way to make improvements while being very budget? ( 2 dollars or less per card )

I'm thinking maybe replacing some amount of cards with some amount of Cyber Dragons and have Megafleet in the Extra since it happens to be level 10, under $2, and offers a bit of extra removal (plus OG CyDra wouldn't conflict with your Normal Summon, though you could run CyDra Core and Cyber Repair Plant if you wanna search your ABC pieces).

 

You'd also need a link monster but... Decode Talker seems like the only one currently out that would fit the needs, yet that's over $2, so... I mean, of you plan to "break the bank" for anything, I'd recommend that be the card to do so.

 

Also, since you've got room for it, I'd strongly suggest Rivalry of Warlords as a side tech. You're running (and could live on) mostly Machines; Rivalry should prevent your opponent from even being able to Link Summon into a different type making it very versatile in what it can hit. Since you don't have links and your biggest bosses are Machines, it might be a good way to go if you don't pick up Decode.
