Guest Star
Reasoning is sort of broken in my opinion. Especially if your Deck doesn't have a lot of Level 4 monsters.
SephirothKirby
Who the hell declares level 4? No one. They know you expect them to.
Guest Star
If they don't declare Level 4, you can Special Summon a Level 4. This card is good no matter what happens. Mill your Deck or Special Summon a monster.
jhcman21
i run in my reasoning deck 3x 2 star, 4x 3 star, 5x 4 star, 3x 5 star, 2x 6 star , 3x 7 star, and 1 8 star(DMOC)

CrabHelmet
Burden of proof falls on those who feel that it should be anything other than 3. Why do YOU think it should be Limited? What makes it so good for the game at 1, and so bad for the game at 3?
Guest Star
Reasoning gives you a monster without you losing any advantage. You lose cards from your Deck. So what? Monster Reborn gets milled? You Special Summon DMoC with Reasoning and get Monster Reborn. You get a monster for no cost at all. How often does Reasoning actually hurt you? jhcman21
actually it can hurt sometimes, i ran it in six sam. deck and lost 3 six samurai united and he called the star level right, so sometimes it can hurt...ALOT
Guest Star
So, you lost 3 Six Samurai United. Why does that matter? You can get them back with MSE, Transmigration Prophecy, DMoC, or Magician of Faith (In Traditional Format)
jhcman21
MSE is little to hard to afford, tansmigration prophecy is alright, but i never seem ot use it, i do not run DMOC in six sam. deck, and magician of faith is banned which really, really sucks
Guest Star
I'm not a skilled Six Samurai Deck builder, but I DMoC might work in Six Samurai. Ask Crab, I'm not sure.
CrabHelmet
Reasoning gives you a monster without you losing any advantage. So does Call of the Haunted. So does Ancient Rules. You lose cards from your Deck. So what? Monster Reborn gets milled? You Special Summon DMoC with Reasoning and get Monster Reborn. Under a good banlist' date=' Monster Reborn and DMoC would both be banned. I think you'll find that Reasoning becomes far less effective without DMoC around. You get a monster for no cost at all. Guest Star
I know that. Although on WC06 I have a Chaos Deck (because Chaos Sorcerer is unlimited in that game), and Reasoning is good because it can give me a monster or send a monster to the Graveyard that I can remove to summon Chaos Sorcerer. jhcman21
yeah, like crab said without cards in the game like MSE or DMOC, reasoning would be worthless, i bet thats why neither of them have been banned yet, but i doubt it
