Reasoning

Recommended Posts

If they don't declare Level 4, you can Special Summon a Level 4.

This card is good no matter what happens.

Mill your Deck or Special Summon a monster.

Reasoning gives you a monster without you losing any advantage.

You lose cards from your Deck. So what?

Monster Reborn gets milled? You Special Summon DMoC with Reasoning and get Monster Reborn.

You get a monster for no cost at all. How often does Reasoning actually hurt you?

So, you lost 3 Six Samurai United. Why does that matter?

You can get them back with MSE, Transmigration Prophecy, DMoC, or Magician of Faith (In Traditional Format)

So does Call of the Haunted. So does Ancient Rules.

Under a good banlist' date=' Monster Reborn and DMoC would both be banned. I think you'll find that Reasoning becomes far less effective without DMoC around.

You get a monster for no cost at all.

Actually, it costs you Reasoning itself, making it a +0.

How often does Reasoning actually hurt you?

Opponent guesses correctly.

But just because a card usually won't hurt you doesn't mean it should be banned.

actually it can hurt sometimes' date=' i ran it in six sam. deck and lost 3 six samurai united and he called the star level right, so sometimes it can hurt...ALOT

Having them milled to the graveyard is no different from having them sit uselessly on the bottom of your deck, never to be drawn.

Magician of Faith + Reasoning = Pro combo.

I'm not a skilled Six Samurai Deck builder' date=' but I DMoC might work in Six Samurai. Ask Crab, I'm not sure.

[/quote']

I don't like it personally, but it can be done.

Obviously. Flip Effects + Reasoning = Bad.

I know that.

Although on WC06 I have a Chaos Deck (because Chaos Sorcerer is unlimited in that game), and Reasoning is good because it can give me a monster or send a monster to the Graveyard that I can remove to summon Chaos Sorcerer.
