Flash Flyer - Sakura
I can give an evaluation of monsters, too. (But seriously, I did make two mid-event evaluations about all of the monsters in general, and then individually.) I won't rate you guys, but will give a general evaluation (length varies) based on what I saw out of you during the event. You can disagree with some or all of it. [spoiler=Monsters]Destiny HERO - Malicious I mean, you did fine with keeping up the HERO act; probably better than when I decided to go Dark Law two years ago. Oh right, didn't I make a reference to him when greeting you [referring to Dark Law the card, and not Black Enforcer]? I wasn't participating in monster duels, so cannot say how well you did in that field. The Joker You really should've gotten a new persona, because I knew it was you from the first avatar you chose. The game itself wasn't too bad, even if it was a partial copy+paste from the Easter egg stuff. (To be fair, Murtaugh borrowed the idea, but made it a harder version of the challenge portion.) Flavius I can't fault your activity, because you were one of the few monsters who were actually active. No obvious complaints about you. At least you played the protector role well. Rick Sanchez Mostly was gone for the bulk of the event, so can't say much. (Defer to comments on The Mayor for other stuff in general.) The Undertaker Yeah, we forgot you existed and then the last minute appearance didn't help. Could've been a good performance, but... If we knew you were going to be gone, another member could've replaced you and likely put on a good show. I don't know the circumstances behind your absence, but yeah. The event effectively had 19 monsters running around, instead of the 20 that were planned. (OK then, who signed up for the Halloween event and got rejected because space filled up?) Heavy Weapons Guy Did well in maintaining character and activity. I did have some disagreement with how the card contest was run (well, that would be more of what would've been occurring in the old days, but...you did provide some reasoning outside of the manliness thing.) Elon IDK on this one; theme was pretty much standard you. Dahlia Hawthorne To be fair, I almost thought you were Nyx because of the sole Miscellaneous posting and the elegance theme (no offense to Nyx on the former, as I know you post elsewhere). But yeah, started off okay and then disappeared. Assuming something came up and needed to be addressed. Ivan Ooze Well, you were fun to have around; that much was certain. Probably might've given you away because of your interests. Void You did fine, and honestly thought this was someone else (see what I said about Dahlia). I mean, it kinda goes in line with the stuff you like. Carnival game is technically the stuff you were known for in the past, so...IDK. Splendorman Oh, you were fun to see around for two weeks. Basically kept stuff rolling and wasn't dull. Bowser No complaints about you. Wrestling match was fun to watch, and basically were around enough. Would've liked to have seen a rematch between you and Splendorman. Murtaugh IDK about this one. Gimmick was fine, but then you declared war because of whatever and then drew a few other members and monsters into the fray. Also the monster game is basically a harder version of the egg hunt stuff (well, you actually have to find the secrets by barebones searching). Out of fairness, two of the secrets were intended to go into REALLY old threads that were archived. Dr. Nefarious Tropy Might've helped if I played more Crash Bandicoot because I haven't for quite a long time (* points to Wrath of Cortex disc for Gamecube collecting dust in CD holder *). But yeah, no real complaints here. Name probably was a giveaway to some extent (at least the N part). M. Night Shyamalan This more/less sounded like you for the most part (and got more obvious later). Acting was fine. Erma (Yui talked this over with the rest of the mods privately about what needed to be done for this) But yeah, did fine in light of circumstances. Shu Shirakawa I didn't read all your posts so can't say I found you annoying as other members may have. Though yeah, you did get involved with that Murtaugh thing among other stuff. Godzilla I technically knew about Godzilla's thing, but honestly I only found out when I logged on in the morning and saw thread titles being changed. Act was good, but then it tapered off. Lack of Youtube videos was an issue, but IDK. Leonard Church Acting was fine during the time you were actually around. But yeah, main criticism I have for you is inactivity and other stuff. (Your main account was far more active during this time.) Danganronpa / Usami Do you want to be evaluated from the time you hosted the awards or just from Halloween? You did fine in hosting the event, and doing other stuff. As for Halloween, same thing with the acting and all. No complaints here. ========= (To be fair, the staff members were notified of the boss monster accounts [sans Mayor] while creating the other 19, so we know who their identities are.) The Mayor You did well hosting the event, though yeah, dropping off somewhere in the middle without notice kinda wasn't helpful. Though, you did mention that you just got a new job and stuff happened so yeah. Real life happens, and that's far more important than being here. Oogie Boogie IDK Yui, I know you had some issues with account earlier on, but yeah. Mauvache Basically did fine, and had a bit of "fun" during the end. [spoiler=General remarks] 1. Inactivity was a major concern here, especially during the latter half. This was something I made a comment about during the midterm event evaluations. Will assume that a lot of you either lost interest/could not keep up or had to balance out RL things. (I am not exempt from life either, hence why I did not participate for the past two years [last year and this year].) Going back to The Undertaker, yeah, being absent the whole event did you far more harm than good. If you knew you were going to be gone for this long, then you should've withdrawn and let another member take your spot. (Or let Giga / one of us know, and we could've filled in somehow). ====In the case of game planning/burnout, yeah, I read over the result thread and saw a lot of you had other plans for characters, but had to scrap them because of the game thing. That much is understandable. 2. To be honest, I did feel that a lot of you needed to get out of Miscellaneous, as a lot of you did congregate in there often (outside the Halloweentown area). I have to give credit to the following monsters who went out for a bit: - Heavy for stepping into CC for a contest- Void for General topics- Flavius for a short stint in the US/UM thread.- I think Tropy had a post or so in TCG.- Mauvache went into a few areas, but he was a Boss Monster so... If I missed any monsters who did venture outside Miscellaneous, my apologies. As noted in the result thread, Black/Usami will have another thread to discuss your thoughts and then offer suggestions on how to fix stuff for 2018. I shall note that I have received pitches from two of you. Staff members are still looking over the prototypes and will continually evaluate it as you update it over time. Nathanael D. Striker
I could have sworn I changed that quick enough. And as I told CowCow, time was a limiting factor in all phases of planning. One-Two weeks or so to plan? Yea. >>

And as I told CowCow, time was a limiting factor in all phases of planning. One-Two weeks or so to plan? Yea. >> You did, though I was online when you had the initial avatar so... To be honest, there were some things that needed to be addressed with Giga's original pitch before it could be rolled out (among other stuff). Planning time would've been helpful, given the scope of this. (Suppose I can't blame you and Speedroid for doing scavenger hunt type things)
Susie
I dont really think you can blame the monsters for staying in misc for the majority. Its the easiest place to go all out. I did post one reply to the best monster poll however it was kinda small and didnt give in much. I did say in CowCows thread that the main reason why my activity lowered during the later part of the event was because of how little I was able to work with. Most of the threads I made werent getting much attention and I was finding it difficult to think of what to say. I still feel that I managed to get through that slump best I could and got my ending through as well as a decent level of activity. I always did jump on my Elon account daily but just didnt know what to say or do with people so I ended up mostly lurking. Also didnt help that there was a lack of interest towards the game I set up. Flash Flyer - Sakura
Well, I did mention this as a suggestion, though yeah, Miscellaneous is easy to go all out in because lack of posting standards (or not as stringent as the other areas). Custom Cards is bound by the Advanced Clause, and while it is possible to stay in character and abide by the rules in there [well, I did it when I had time to be a monster in 2014/2015], that will likely give your identity away. TCG has some standards (basically, comment on stuff in general, don't spam and you'd be fine]. I would say Showcase graphics, but not sure how many of you guys are GFXers, so... ====Out of fairness, YCM is generally inactive nowadays, so...idk what to say about that. In your case, users probably didn't want to translate binary into actual text or whatnot. You'd need to ask them.
The Nyx Avatar
Actually, the games I played were Age Games. I hardly (if ever) played counting games. Also, I was considering stepping into Custom Cards, maybe make a few cards based off God Hand. However, I thought that would give me away, as that's the other section I hang out at most. And yeah. Dahlia? Never heard of her!
Flavius
To be perfectly honest, I had found myself around this place's Role Play section as well. In regards to the Grand Crossover Roleplay, it was also to herald an event that was coming forward in it. (OOC: I had to get in one more post, I'm sorry. XD)
xlArisenRoselx
I just have one request: Can we make the post count a little lower next year? I would have loved to participate, but my low post count prevented me from joining. If this was a little bit lower, I probs could have joined the mayhem... Dahlia? Never heard of her! Age Games are technically counting games, though not as explicit as the "count up by 1" ones. But yeah, that might've given you away because I know a handful of the monsters don't go into my section and design preferences for those who do. To be perfectly honest, I had found myself around this place's Role Play section as well. In regards to the Grand Crossover Roleplay, it was also to herald an event that was coming forward in it. If this was a little bit lower, I probs could have joined the mayhem... We'll look it over, but otherwise, you have a year to get the necessary post count. (AGM stuff might help to rack up posts, and maybe RPs.) If you were able to participate, what would you've done? ===== Still looking at who signed up for the event, but didn't get in. Given Undertaker's absence the whole event, that member could've replaced him.
xlArisenRoselx
I probs woulda been something really fun to play around with. Maybe like Yubel from GX, or Alphonze from Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. Maybe even try something cooler like Eleven(Jane) from Stranger Things. I don't know, but I would have loved to participate...
