Obviously this is incomplete, I'll update it as the arc progresses and as I make more cards.

If you control a face-up "Kamikaze Fireball" monster, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. You cannot Special Summon a monster your Extra Deck the turn this effect is activated, except for "Team Universe 2" monsters. When this card is Special Summoned this way, add 1 "Transform" Spell card from your Deck to your hand.

This card's name is also always treated as "Team Universe 2: Brianne De Chateau the Kamikaze Fireball." This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Transformation." Other "Kamikaze Fireball" monsters you control cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects. Once per turn, during the start of your Battle Phase, you can discard one card to add one "Ribrianne Technique" card from your Deck to your hand.

Activate only when you control a face-up "Team Universe 2: Ribrianne the Kamikaze Fireball." Destroy up to 2 face-up monsters your opponent controls. Your opponent takes no battle damage this turn (or during your next turn, if this card was activated during your opponent's turn).

When a "Kamikaze Fireball" monster you control would be destroyed and sent to the GY, you can Special Summon this card from your hand, then Special Summon the destroyed monster from the graveyard.

If this face-up card is in Defense Position, it cannot be destroyed by battle or by card effects.

This card gains 500 ATK during each of your standby phases. If you have 2 or more "Team Universe 4" monsters in your GY you can Normal Summon this card without tributing. When this card is targeted by a card's effect that would prevent this card from attacking or activating its effect, you can take 500 points of damage to negate that effect and send that card to the GY.

When this card is Normal or Special Summoned, or flipped face-up, target one face-up monster your opponent controls. As long as this card is face-up on the field, that monster is unaffected by the effects of face-up field Spell cards, and it cannot target this card with its effects. If the monster is in defense position, change it to attack position. That monster must attack this card if able. If it is not able to attack, destroy it. If that monster attacks this card, this card gains 1200 ATK during the damage step only.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Team Universe 7 Spirit Bomb." Shuffle this monster into your deck during the 4th Standby Phase after it is summoned, and Special Summon 1 "Team Universe 7: Super Saiyan Blue Goku" from your GY. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. You can activate each of the following effects during either player's turn, once each:
-When an opponent's monster declares an attack, you can negate that attack, and then attack all monsters your opponent controls with this card, once each.
-When your opponent activates an effect that would affect this card, negate the card's effect and destroy it.

Activate only while you have a total of 10 "Team Universe 7" monsters with different names in your hand, field, and GY. You can only activate one "Team Universe 7 Spirit Bomb" per turn. Activate one of the following effects:
 
-Destroy all non-LIGHT monsters your opponent controls. 
-Tribute one face-up "Team Universe 7: Super Saiyan Blue Goku" you control to Special Summon one "Team Universe 7: Ultra Instinct Goku" from your hand, deck, or GY.

When this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the graveyard, you may add one "Time-Skip" spell card from your deck or graveyard to your hand. You cannot activate it this turn. Your opponent takes no battle damage the turn you activate this effect.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by "Time-Skip: Pure Progress" or by its own effect. When this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until the end of the damage step. Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed by battle or by card effect, you may banish it instead. During your next Standby Phase after this effect was activated, you may Special Summon it in face-up attack position. If this card is summoned in this way, select one card your opponent controls, destroy it.

If you control a face-up "Cabba" and "Caulifla" card, you can tribute this card to summon one "Team Universe 6: Super Saiyan Berserker Kale" from your hand or deck.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Team Universe 6: Kale." If this card is in attack position, it can, and must, attack all monsters on the field (including monsters you control. Only your opponent takes battle damage from these battles.) If this card attacks a defense position monster, inflict piercing battle damage. Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed, it is not destroyed. When this card leaves the field, Special Summon 1 "Team Universe 6: Kale" from your graveyard.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned unless you have 5 or more "Team Universe 11" monsters with different names in your GY. This card cannot be destroyed by card effects, and your opponent cannot target this card with card effects. This card cannot declare an attack unless it is the only card you control. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, you may shuffle that card into the deck instead of sending it to the GY after damage calculation. Once per turn, when an opponent's monster declares an attack on a face-up "Team Universe 11" monster you control, or targets another "Team Universe 11" monster you control with a card effect, you can negate that attack or effect and then shuffle that card into the deck.

Select one face-up monster your opponent controls. Equip this monster to that card as an equip card. That monster cannot attack or change its battle position, it's ATK and DEF become 0, and its effects are negated. It is destroyed during the second standby phase after this effect is activated.

When this card is Normal or Special Summoned, you can Special Summon as many "Jiang Shi Tokens" (Zombie/DARK/Level 4/ATK 1700/DEF 0) to your side of the field as possible. You cannot tribute these tokens for a Tribute Summon, or to Special Summon an Extra Deck monster, or as a cost to activate an effect. These tokens cannot attack your opponent directly. As long as you control a "Jiang Shi Token" your opponent cannot select this card as an attack target or target it with card effects. You can pay 2000 LP, target one Level 4 or lower monster your opponent controls: take control of it until the end phase and increase its ATK by 1000 points. It cannot be tributed, its effects are negated, and it cannot attack your opponent directly.

These are very good, all unique and none of them are ridiculously overpowered, they all have a clear ceiling, I especially like Ultra Instinct Goku's abilities and the fact it takes the Universe 7 spirit bomb to summon him.

 

So far these cards are going strong, so I'll give them a rating of 7.5/10 Over all.

These are very good, all unique and none of them are ridiculously overpowered, they all have a clear ceiling, I especially like Ultra Instinct Goku's abilities and the fact it takes the Universe 7 spirit bomb to summon him.

 

So far these cards are going strong, so I'll give them a rating of 7.5/10 Over all.

Really focus on scaling, why is Kale higher than Hit? Why is Goku in his Ultra Instinct Form at 3700? I'd instead raise him to 4000 and Jiren at 5000.

 

Also, I'd personally update his card's image graphics, possibly even make him an XYZ, because it's difficult as it is to deal with his effect or even get around it, making him a XYZ might take away some of it's problems.

I chose to ignore power scaling for the most part because it limits what I can do with the cards and interferes with the mechanics, I think. And UI Goku isn't that difficult to get around, you basically just need to hit him with two destruction effects in one turn. I was actually wondering if I gave him too little protection.

 

But, thanks for the feedback! I'll keep it in mind.

If you're getting a white pic instead of whatever you uploaded, that function went down recently and we're trying to figure out what happened. Otherwise for general card stuff, the auto uploader broke too.

I Liked your Jiren card's effect and your hit cards as well, but I, personally, think you shouldn't try to put pictures from the anime itself.
